To enter, each Eligible Entrant must, during the Promotional Period:
(a) Spend $40 on any Skyy Vodka product from a Participating Store during the Promotional Period
(Qualifying Transaction);
(b) Visit www.bottlemart.com.au, www.harrybrown.com.au, www.wa.thirstycamel.com.au/
or www.sipnsave.com.au (depending on the Participating Store the Qualifying Transaction was made);
(c) Follow the prompts to the entry page;
(d) Input the requested details (first name, last name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, full address, and state/territory of residence); and
(e) Upload the receipt and submit the fully completed entry form.
2. Entrants must retain the original receipt for their Qualifying Transaction as proof of purchase and produce this within 7 days of a request by the Promoter. Failure to do so may, in the sole discretion of the Promotor, result in invalidation of the entrant’s entry and forfeiture of any right to a prize.
3. Entries which in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter:
(a) are received outside the Promotional Period;
(b) contain defamatory, offensive or inappropriate content or infringe intellectual property rights; (c) are incomplete or indecipherable; or (d) do not otherwise comply with these terms, will be invalid and ineligible for any prize.
4. Only one (1) entry permitted per Qualifying Transaction regardless of any amount spent in excess of $40 in a Qualifying Transaction. Each entry must be submitted separately. A maximum of two (2) entries per person per day is permitted.
5. The Draw will be conducted at Greeneagle Distribution & Fulfilment, Unit 5, 9 Fitzpatrick Street, Revesby NSW 2122 at 2:00PM AEDT on 7 March 2024 by way of a random draw in the presence of an independent scrutineer.
6. The first valid entry randomly drawn will win the major prize (Major Prize Winner), as set out below.
7. The next twenty five (25) valid entries randomly drawn will each win a minor prize (each a Minor prize.
8. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.
9. The Promoter may at any time (including after the Promotional Period), verify the validity of entries and entrants and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter reasonably believes has breached any of these terms, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
10. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter may, in its sole discretion, determine the identity of the entrant.
Prizes:
11. The Major Prize Winner will receive a trip for two (2) adults to New Zealand for the New Zealand Sail Grand Prix 2024 (Major Prize). The city of arrival depends on the NZ Sail Grand Prix 2024 event and will be specified by the Promoter at a later date. The Major prize is valued at up to AU$10,891.64, including:
2 x Return economy airfares from the Major Prize Winner’s nearest capital city to New Zealand valued at up to AU$2,430 per person;
All airline and airport taxes valued at AU$195 per person;
Return private transfers to/from the airport and the accommodation valued at AU$695;
Five (5) nights’ 5-star accommodation New Zealand with breakfast included valued at AU$2,394; Skyy v SailGP Experience valued at NZ$596.88 (which is AU$552.64 as of 15/12/2023) including:
• 2 x tickets to Saturday 23/03/2024 and Sunday 24/03/2024 the NZ Sail Grand Prix 2024 events
• Prime race viewing in a premium setting.
• Live commentary and big-screen viewing.
• DJ sets and entertainment before and after racing.
• Includes return transfer between Christchurch city centre and Lyttelton.
AU$2,000spendingmoneyforthewinneronlyintheformofanelectronicfundstransfertothe winner’s nominated Australian bank account.
12. Each Minor Prize Winner will each receive one (1) Ultimate Ears BOOM 3 Portable Bluetooth Speaker (Lagoon Blue) valued at $149.
13. Total prize pool value is up to AU$14,616.64.
14. The following conditions apply to the Major Prize:
(a) Additional spending money, meals, taxes (excluding airline and airport taxes), insurance, passports, visas, vaccinations, transport to and from departure point, transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs are not included.
(b) Major Prize must be taken between 22 March 2024 and 27 March 2024 and is subject to booking and flight availability.
(c) Major Prize Winner and their companion are responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, and any requisite visas, vaccinations and travel documentation.
(d) Major Prize Winner and their companion must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together.
(e) Itinerary to be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
(f) Frequent flyer points will not form part of the prize.
(g) Major Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers.
(h) Major Prize Winner may be required to present their credit card at time of accommodation check in.
(i) If for any reason the Major Prize Winner does not take the Major Prize (or an element of the Major Prize) at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the Major Prize (or that element of the Major Prize) will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash.
15. The entry form. prizes will be delivered to each Minor Prize Winner at the full address included in their completed
16. All taxes (excluding GST) and any ancillary costs which may be payable as a consequence of receiving a Prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner.
17. If a Prize is unavailable, the Promoter in its absolute discretion, may substitute a Prize (or a component of a Prize) with a prize of equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority. Other than this, a Prize is not transferable or exchangeable, and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
18. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (even if caused by negligence) as a result of accepting and/or using a Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
19. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not take/redeem the prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then that prize will be forfeited.
