To win 2 tickets to see Coldplay in Melbourne on October 30th 2024, you will automatically enter the draw by completing your check and clean appointment at Melville Dental Care before April 1st 2024. The winner will be drawn on April 15th 2024. Tickets will be issued closer to the concert date. Terms and Conditions: 1. You must be 18+ years old to enter this competition. 2. Unlimited entries into the competition are permitted - as long as each check and clean appointment has been completed. Note - the appointment must include a check up and a clean, not just a clean. Invoice at the end of the appointment must include, as a collective, the following Australian Dental Association Item Codes - 011/012, 114/115, 121/123. 3. Final discretion of all competition rules and judgements will be at the decision of Melville Dental Care. 4. Competition begins from February 13th 2024 - 31st March 2024. 5. Only appointments scheduled for a check and clean will count towards an entry for the competition. Appointments booked for other treatment, including emergency appointments, are not included. 6. One winner will be drawn on April 15th 2024 and announced via Melville Dental Care through Instagram and Facebook before April 30th 2024. The winner will be contacted via email and phone. If the winner cannot be contacted after 3 days, a new winner will be drawn in the same process until the prize has been claimed. 7. Prize includes only 2 tickets to Coldplay Concert in Melbourne (Marvel Stadium) on Wednesday October 30th 2024 8. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to be photographed and involved in the promotion of the competition and Melville Dental Care. 9.The entrant acknowledges and agrees that if the Prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to State and Territory legislation. 10.
