‘Clean Up Australia’
Terms and Condi-ons
1. These terms and condi9ons are for all entrants who enter the ‘Clean Up Australia’
Promo9on (“Promo9on”). Par9cipa9on in this Promo9on is deemed acceptance of these
Terms and Condi9ons.
2. The Promoter is JLL Pty Ltd (ABN 28 004 582 423) of Level 40, 101 Collins Street,
Melbourne VIC 3000 (“Promoter”).
ELIGIBILITY
3. This Promo9on is only open to Australian residents.
4. The following persons are ineligible for the Promo9on: (i) directors and employees of the
Promoter, its related companies or any of its agencies or retailers and staff that are
associated with the Promo9on (ii) the spouse, defacto spouse, parent, child or sibling of an
aforemen9oned excluded person; and (iii) any person who the Promoter has previously
no9fied is not permiYed to enter the Promoter’s promo9ons.

6. The Promo9on commences at 9.00am Australian Eastern Daylaight (“AEDT”) on Monday

HOW TO ENTER
To enter this Promo9on, eligible individuals must:

the online entry form with all requested details.
9. Play the ‘Super Sorter’ game. Once completed all entries will be entered into the local
centre prize draw.

7. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
8. If there is a dispute as to the iden9ty of the entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its
sole and absolute discre9on, to determine the iden9ty of the entrant.
9. Redemp9on of the prizes for any good or services are subject to the standard terms and
condi9ons of the relevant providers. If for any reason a winner does not take the prize or
an element of the prize at the 9me s9pulated, then the prize or that element of the prize
will be forfeited.
10. If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable due to reasons beyond the control of the
Promoter, the Promoter at its absolute discre9on, reserves the right to subs9tute the prize
(or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specifica9on, subject to
any wriYen direc9ons from a regulatory authority.
11. Prin9ng errors or other quality assurance maYers outside the control of an entrant will not
be used as the sole basis for refusing to award a prize.
12. At the end of the Promo9on all exis9ng claims for prizes and en9tlements to valid claims
will be met notwithstanding the adver9sed prize pool has been exceeded.
13. Prizes, or any unused por9on of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot
be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified. Tax implica9ons may arise from the receipt or
use of a prize. Independent financial advice should be sought.
14. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant’s name, likeness, image and/or voice
in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same)
in any media for an unlimited period without remunera9on for the purpose of promo9ng
this Promo9on (including any outcome), and promo9ng any products manufactured,
distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
15. The Promoter reserves the right, at any 9me, to verify the validity of entries (including
contac9ng Par9cipa9ng Retailers) and entrants (including an entrant’s iden9ty, age and
place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in
accordance with these Terms and Condi9ons or who tampers with the entry process.
Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not cons9tute a
waiver of those rights.
16. If this Promo9on is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as
reasonably an9cipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter,

Promoter reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discre9on to the fullest extent
permiYed by law to: (a) disqualify an entrant; or (b) subject to any wriYen direc9ons from
a regulatory authority, modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promo9on, as it deems

17. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.
18. Any cost associated with accessing the promo9onal website is the entrant’s responsibility
and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. The use of any automated entry
sonware or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to
automa9cally enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submiYed by that
entrant invalid.
19. Any prize that is not supplied by the Promoter (or its related companies) in the ordinary
course of its business is, for the purposes of the Promo9on, supplied to prize winners by
the third party that directly supplies the goods or services. By entering the Promo9on,
each entrant acknowledges that: (a) the Promoter, its agents and contractors have no
liability to prize winners in respect of any loss, damage, cost, inconvenience or other
disadvantage that may be suffered as a result of any defec9ve or otherwise unsa9sfactory
goods or services supplied by a third party to a prize winner, or the failure to supply those
goods or services to a prize winner; (b) it will not bring any claim against the Promoter, its
agents or contractors in this respect.
20. Nothing in these Terms and Condi9ons limit, exclude or modify or purports to limit,
exclude or modify, the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Compe99on
and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warran9es under the ASIC Act or similar
consumer protec9on laws in the State and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable
Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-
Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including their respec9ve directors, officers,
employees and agents) exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury;
or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or
consequen9al, arising in any way out of the Promo9on.
21. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable
Guarantees, the Promoter (including their respec9ve directors, officers, employees and
agents) are not responsible for and exclude all liability (including negligence), for any
personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct,
indirect, special or consequen9al, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficul9es or
equipment malfunc9on (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any then,
unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or correspondence that is
late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected due to any reason beyond the reasonable
control of the Promoter; (d) any varia9on in the prize value to that stated in these Terms
and Condi9ons; (e) any tax liability incurred by an entrant or winner; or (f) use of the prize.
PRIVACY
22. Privacy: By entering this Promo9on, (unless the entrant has specified otherwise) each
entrant consents to the personal informa9on they submit with their entry being used for
the primary purposes of: automa9cally signing up to the Par9cipa9ng Shopping Centre’s
database, administering this Promo9on, passing on informa9on to related en99es and to
enter into a database for future promo9onal, marke9ng and publicity ac9vi9es of the
Promoter or its related en99es. An entrant may request access to his or her personal
informa9on held by the Promoter by contac9ng the Promoter’s Privacy Officer. The
Promoter may deny a request for access in some circumstances. If it does it will tell you
why. An access fee may be charged to cover the Promoter’s costs of providing the
informa9on. The Promoter regards the security of personal informa9on as a priority
however the Promoter cannot guarantee the security of personal informa9on provided. All
