This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Twitter
or Instagram. You are providing your information to the National Heart Foundation of Australia ABN 98
008 419 761 (Heart Foundation) and not to Facebook, Twitter or Instagram. By participating in this
promotion, you agree to a complete release of Facebook, Twitter and Instagram from any claims.
Participation in this promotion is subject to the Jump Rope for Heart 2024 Parent Survey Details of
Participation.
Details of Participation
Information on how to enter forms part of these Details of Participation and entry is deemed as
acceptance of them.
No purchase is necessary to enter the contest or redeem prizes.
Contest commences on 18 March 2024 and entries close at 11.59pm AEDT on 15 December 2024.
Entries not received by that time and date or not completed in accordance with the Details of Participation
will not be eligible to win.
Prizes
There are 10 major prizes: 10 x Coles Myer Gift Cards valued at $50 each. Total prize pool is valued at
$500.
The 10 prizes will be split into two rounds of five prizes each round:
• Round 1: all entries received between 18 March 2024 and 11:59pm AEST on 31 July 2024. Draw
to take place on 9 August 2024.
• Round 2: all entries received between 1 August 2024 and 15 December 2024. Draw to take place
on 17 January 2025.
If any prize is unavailable, the promoter reserves the right to substitute another item for the prize, in its
sole discretion, of equal or higher value, subject to the approval of the relevant Government department.
All prize values are correct at the time of printing.
Prizes are not redeemable for cash unless otherwise indicated.
Who can enter
Contest is open to Australians aged 18 years and over, who have registered their child or children for
Jump Rope for Heart 2024 and complete the parent survey.
Employees and volunteers of the promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
How to enter
Contest can be entered by completing the parent feedback survey in full.

Only one entry per person is permitted for the entire year.
Prize Draw/s
The odds of winning are based on the actual number of entries received. Neither the promoter nor any of
their agencies are responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, incomplete or ineligible entries. The
Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. All prizes are guaranteed to be
given away by random drawing from all methods of entry of this contest.
All prize draws and redraws will take place at Level 3, 80 William St, Sydney NSW 2011 at 12pm on the
draw date. The two prize draws will take place 9 August 2024 and 17 January 2025.
If a prize is not claimed within 3 months of the draw date, a redraw will be conducted as follows:
• Round 1 redraw: 10 November 2024
• Round 2 redraw: 17 April 2025
Notification
Winners will be notified by phone or email where possible. The winners' names will be published on
https://www.jumprope.org.au/competitions.

collecting your survey responses for research purposes. Only the aggregated data will be used. Individual
responses will not be personally identifiable.
Your Personal Information is being collected by the Heart Foundation to facilitate services requested by
you and /or to keep you informed about Heart Foundation related activities. We respect your privacy and
embrace the principles contained in the Privacy Act. We may contact you in the future for the promotion
of heart health messages and programs, research, fundraising purposes and invitations to events. If you
attend our events you may be photographed or filmed and images &/or audio may be used in various
mediums to promote the Heart Foundation. Please tell event staff if you do not wish to be photographed
or filmed. Personal details may be provided to third parties where required by law or for the purpose of
facilitating services contracted by us, in so doing your personal information may be disclosed to overseas

behalf of event sponsors and other third parties. By providing your information to us you agree that you

disclose your information to any third party for their marketing purposes.
