Only 1 online entry form permitted per person. Duplicate online entry forms will be rejected. All submissions will be entered into the random drawing subject to age eligibility.


Eligibility: The MoneyGram Australia Dream Weekend Giveaway (the
“Giveaway”) is open to permanent legal residents of Australia who are 18 years
of age or older on the date of entry and have opted-in to marketing by email
and SMS.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the following individuals and members of their
families (spouses, parents, grandparents, siblings and children and their
spouses) and immediate household members (whether related or not) are not
eligible to enter or win: employees, officers and directors of MIL Overseas
Limited, its retail agents, parent, subsidiaries and affiliates, MoneyGram Haas
F1 Team, Formula 1® and each of their respective parents, subsidiary and
affiliated companies, and any marketing or advertising agencies or any other
company involved with the design, production, execution or distribution of this
Giveaway (“Affiliated Parties”).
This Giveaway is subject to all applicable laws and regulations, and is void
where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional
agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and
binding in all matters related to the Giveaway. Winning a prize is contingent
upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. The Giveaway is not skill-based
– Entries will not be judged.
This Giveaway is sponsored by MIL Overseas Limited, Suite 148, 60 Martin
Place, Sydney NSW 2000 (“Sponsor” or “MoneyGram”) ABN 28113730733.
Sponsor reserves the right to verify the date of birth and state of residence of
any entrant and may disqualify, prior to or during the Giveaway, any entrant
who is not in compliance with any of the eligibility requirements or any provision
of these Official Rules.
Formula 1® is not a sponsor of the Giveaway and is in no way responsible for
the administration of the Giveaway, the verification of winners or the fulfillment
of prizing.
The Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or
associated with, Twitter, inc., Meta inc., Facebook or Instagram.
2. Administrator: MoneyGram’s marketing agency Ogilvy Australia Pty Ltd,
trading as Etcom, Level 5, 30 Hickson Rd, Millers Point NSW 2000, Australia,
(the “Administrator”) is responsible for conducting the selection of winner and
verifying the winner.
3. Entry Period: The Giveaway begins at 12:01 a.m. AEDT on Monday, February
12, 2024 and ends at 11:59 p.m. AEDT on Sunday, March 10, 2024, the (“Entry
Period”).

(a) To enter the Giveaway, visit
https://www.moneygram.com/intl/australia-dream-weekend, answer
the question, “What drives your dreams?” in 10 words or less
(“Response”), and complete/submit the online entry form by providing
the following information: (I) your full legal name, (ii) email address,
(iii) mobile phone number, (iv) birthdate, and (v) mailing address,
including street, city, state and post code. All submissions will be
entered into the random drawing (an “Entry”).
One Entry per person/address/email/mobile phone permitted via the
above-mentioned method. In the case of multiple entries from any one
(1) person/address/email/mobile phone using the above-mentioned
method, only the first entry received will be accepted and all subsequent
entry attempts from such person will be void. Subsequent attempts
made by the same individual to submit multiple entries by using multiple
or false contact information, accounts or otherwise may result in the
entrant being disqualified. Entries generated by a script, computer
programs, macro, programmed, robotic or other automated means are
void and will be disqualified. Sponsor may disqualify any Entry if
entrant’s Response includes inappropriate, offensive, or other
derogatory language or information. Sponsor reserves the right to
remove, reject, or disqualify (along with the entrants who submitted
them) any Entry which, in its opinion, (a) violates any of these Official
Rules, the terms of use, terms and conditions and privacy policy of
Sponsor, (b) infringes, misappropriates, or violates any rights of any
third party including, without limitation, patent, copyright, trademark,
trade secret, or right of privacy or publicity, or (c) is otherwise
inappropriate for inclusion in the Giveaway. All entries must be
received and recorded by Sponsor by 11:59 a.m. AEDT on Sunday,
March 3, 2024. Sponsor’s database clock will be the official timekeeper
for entries in this Giveaway.
(b)Additional Entry: Consumers who have entered the Giveaway as per the
terms of Section 4(a) above will automatically receive one additional
Entry in the Giveaway if they send money via MoneyGram’s proprietary
online platform (MGO) from Australia during the Entry Period to
anywhere in the world and use the promo code AUSDREAMS at the
time of conducting the transaction (“Qualifying Transaction”). No
minimum transaction amount is required. Any transfer send transaction
refunded by MoneyGram due to legal, compliance, regulatory or fraud
related reasons will not be counted or considered as a Qualifying
Transaction. For avoidance of doubt, only the first Qualifying Transaction
successfully conducted by a consumer during the Entry Period will be
considered for the purpose of getting one additional Entry in the
Giveaway to such a consumer.
(c) Except as otherwise contemplated in these Official Rules, Sponsor will
use personal information collected in connection with the Giveaway in
accordance with its Privacy Statement.

5. Disclaimer: Sponsor is not responsible for lost, misdirected, late, unsent,
incomplete, illegible or unintelligible entries, or for inaccurate Entry
information, whether caused by the participant or by any of the equipment or
programming associated with or utilized in this Giveaway, or by any technical
or human error that may occur in the transmittal of any Entry or the processing
of any function on the participant’s computer system. Participants must notify
Sponsor of any changed contact information within the Entry Period to remain
eligible to win based on entry information. Sponsor reserves the right, in its
sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry
process or the operation of the Giveaway; to be acting in violation of these
rules; or to be acting with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other
person.
6. Prizes:
One (1) Grand Prize: Only one (1) Grand Prize will be available to be
awarded. Grand Prize consists of the opportunity to attend a Dream Weekend
team experience for winner and one (1) guest (age 18 or older) on March 21-
24 in Melbourne, including:
• Two (2) Champions Club tickets to the Australia Grand Prix weekend,
including all sessions;
• Two (2) round-trip coach class air transportation from the nearest major
metro airport (as designated by Sponsor) to winner’s residential home
address within Australia to Melbourne;
• Three (3) nights standard hotel accommodations for two (2) people –
one room, double occupancy (check-in: Thursday, March 21; check-out:
Sunday, March 24, 2024);
• Round-trip ground transportation for two (2) people from Melbourne
Airport to the hotel;
• Two (2) MoneyGram Haas F1® Team Polo t-shirts; and
• Two (2) autographed MoneyGram Haas F1® Team caps.
All tax liabilities (including income taxes) arising from this Giveaway will be the
sole responsibility of the individual winner.
Sponsor will award one (1) Grand Prize with an approximate retail value
(“ARV”) of AUD 18,600. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible
entries received.
Grand Prize Information: Resale of tickets is prohibited. All seat
locations, where applicable, shall be as solely determined and designated by
Sponsor, based upon availability. Tickets are subject to any applicable event
capacity restrictions and local regulations. Winner and his/her guest must abide
by all event policies. Sponsor and event reserve the right to revoke full or partial
prize from winner or winner’s guest who it and/or event personnel deem may,
in their sole discretion, be intoxicated, be a safety risk, have violated any event
policy or law, and/or may bring Sponsor into disrepute.

Exact transportation and accommodation details, dates, and terms to be
determined at the sole discretion of Sponsor. No refund or compensation will
be made in the event of travel difficulty or delay. Transportation and
accommodations are subject to availability and other restrictions may apply.
Once travel arrangements are booked, any penalties incurred as a result
of changes to travel (flight or hotel) are the sole responsibility of winner.
Any expenses or costs not expressly stated in the description of the prize above,
including, but not limited to, ground transportation, parking fees, meals,
incidentals, gratuities, passenger tariffs or duties, surcharges, airport fees,
service or facility charges, airline seat assignment or baggage check fees,
personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes, or other expenses, are the
sole responsibility of winner. Actual prize value may vary based upon location
of Grand Prize winner’s residence. Any different between stated value and
actual value will not be awarded. If the Grand Prize winner resides within a one
hundred fifty (150) mile radius of Melbourne, ground transportation may be
provided in lieu of air transportation at Sponsor’s sole discretion, and no
compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in prize value.
Grand Prize Winner’s guest must be eighteen (18) years of age or older at the
time of prize award. Winner and guest are solely responsible for obtaining any
required travel documents, including a valid passport where applicable, and
travel insurance. Grand Prize winner and his/her guest must travel together on
same itinerary. Travel restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply.
Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers,
or certificates. Sponsor is not responsible for any penalty charges incurred as
a result of changes to travel or tickets that have been issued. Any such
penalties incurred are the sole responsibility of winner.
Actual event dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of
the event organizer, and may be subject to change. The terms and conditions
of the tickets awarded as part of the prize will govern in the event the race or
any portion of the race is delayed, postponed, rescheduled or cancelled, or
attendance is restricted or prohibited due to weather, pandemic, an Act of God,
an act of terrorism, civil disturbance, work stoppage or any other reason.
Sponsor will not be responsible for any event delay,
rescheduling, postponement or cancellation due to weather, pandemic, Acts of
God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other event
that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any event.
The Grand Prize winner must accept delivery of prize in the method as solely
determined and designated by Sponsor (i.e. mobile ticket delivery, will call pick
up at box office or other ticket delivery method). In the event of any mobile
or digital ticket delivery, winner is solely responsible for any required
software application required to download, accept transfer, access or
redeem mobile or digital ticket delivery. Terms, conditions and
restrictions on e-gift certificate and Food & Beverage credit may apply,
as designated by issuer.

7. Selection of Winners, Notification, and Verification:
Administrator will conduct an electronic random draw at Level 5, 30 Hickson
Rd, Millers Point NSW, Australia on Tuesday, March 12, 2024, 12noon to
select one (1) Grand Prize winner.
Administrator will contact the Grand Prize winner via mobile phone and/or email
provided on his or her online entry form on March 13, 2024. All reasonable
attempts will be made to contact the winner, but if this cannot be achieved, the
winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected by the
Administrator at Level 5, 30 Hickson Rd, Millers Point, NSW, Australia via an
electronic random draw on March 18, 2024, 2pm. The alternate winner will be
notified by telephone on March 19, 2024, followed up in writing via email the
same and/or the following day.
On March 21, 2024, the name of the confirmed winner will be published on the
MoneyGram website https://www.moneygram.com/intl/australia-dream-
weekend.
The potential Grand Prize winner will be required to sign and return an affidavit
of eligibility, liability and publicity release (“Affidavit”), where legal, within one
(1) business day of notification in order to claim a prize. Notification is deemed
to have occurred immediately upon sending of an email or placing of a phone
call. The Grand Prize will not be awarded until his/her Affidavit is
returned and verified as eligible by Administrator and Sponsor. If the
potential Grand Prize winner fails to sign and return the Affidavit within the
required time period, the potential winner forfeits the prize. The potential
winner must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules and
winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. In the event that a
potential winner is disqualified for any reason, an alternative potential winner
will be selected from the back-up potential winners. In the event that a winner
voluntarily chooses to not accept a prize, he or she automatically forfeits all
claims to that prize, and an alternative potential winner will be selected from
the back-up potential winners. Limit one (1) prize per person and per
household.
Potential winners must be opted-in to email and SMS marketing
communications in order to be eligible to receive a prize. All prize details
are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for
cash. No substitutions of prizes by winners are allowed, but Sponsor reserves
the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.
Any prize depiction is for illustration purposes only and shall not be relied upon.
8. Release: By participating in this Giveaway, each Entrant agrees to release,
indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator, Affiliated Parties, retail
agents, Twitter, Meta Inc., Instagram and Facebook, Inc. and their respective
subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies,

public relations agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective
parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions and each such company’s
officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”)
from any and all liability for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost, or expense
whatsoever, including, without limitation, property damage, personal injury,
and/or death that may occur in connection with, preparation for, travel to, or
participation in the Giveaway, or participation in, possession, acceptance,
and/or use or misuse of any prize or participation in any Giveaway-related
activity, including, but not limited to, any claims based on publicity rights,
defamation or invasion of privacy, and merchandise delivery. Sponsor shall not
be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions, substitutions, or
omissions whatsoever by any other persons providing any services to winner,
including any results thereof, such as changes in services or location
necessitated by same. Sponsor is not responsible if any part of a Giveaway
prize cannot be awarded due to acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters,
weather, or acts of terrorism. Sponsor shall not be liable for any loss or damage
to personal belongings.
9. Publicity: Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes winner’s
consent to Sponsor’s use of winner’s name, likeness, social media presence,
photograph, voice, opinions, hometown city/state and/or Response for
promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or
consideration. The Grand Prize winner may be required to submit to a
confidential background check to confirm eligibility and ensure the use of any
such person in advertising, promotion or publicity, will not pose a security
threat or bring Sponsor into public disrepute, contempt, scandal or ridicule or
reflect unfavorably on Released Parties as determined by Sponsor in its sole
discretion, and, in such event, the prize may be forfeited. The Grand Prize
winner must first submit to such background check and cooperate with Sponsor
in any way that Sponsor requests in order to be eligible to receive the prize.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify the Grand Prize
winner based on such background check if Sponsor determines, in its sole
discretion, the background check reveals information that is inconsistent with
the positive images and/or goodwill to which Sponsor wishes to associate
(which may be determined at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion).
10. Privacy: Personal information collected from entrants through this Giveaway
will be used to administer the Giveaway and is subject to these Official Rules
and Sponsor’s Privacy Statement. By entering this Giveaway, you agree to the
use of your personal information as described in the above Privacy Statement.
We may also share your information with third parties as explained in the
Privacy Statement and these Official Rules. If you do not agree to the use of
your personal information as described herein, please, email

you do not opt out, Sponsor will assume that you agree that your information
may be used as described in the Privacy Statement and these Official Rules.

11. General Conditions: If for any reason any aspect of this Giveaway is not
capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus,
communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention,
fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Sponsor, the
Sponsor may in its sole discretion cancel, replace, suspend and/or modify the
Giveaway, and/or invalidate any affected entries, and/ or suspend or modify a
prize, subject to State or Territory regulations and applicable laws. Sponsor
reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to
be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or to be
acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion or in an
unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to
deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may be a
violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made,
Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest
extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official
Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
12. Limitations of Liability: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any
incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors
or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the
Giveaway; (2) computer error, electronic or technical malfunctions or failures
of any kind, including but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or
disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3)
unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the
Giveaway; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration
of the Giveaway or the processing of entries; (5) late, lost, undeliverable,
damaged or stolen entries or mail; or (6) any injury or damage to persons or
property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from
entrant’s participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event that
production, technical, seeding, programming, or any other reasons cause more
than the stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be
available and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated
number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, un-awarded,
eligible prize claims. The English language text of these Official Rules shall be
controlling. In the event of any conflict between a provision hereof and a
translation of such provision into another language, the English meaning of
such provision shall prevail.
13. Disputes: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all
disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this
Giveaway or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to
any form of class action, and any judicial proceeding shall take place in a court
in Victoria; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to
actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering
this Giveaway, but in no event legal fees; and (3) under no circumstances may

entrant obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim,
indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other
damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights
to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions
concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these
Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in
connection with the Giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in
accordance with, the laws of Victoria without giving effect to any choice of law
or conflict of law rules.
