1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry.

 

WHO CAN ENTER

2.1 Subject to clause 2.2 and 9.1, entry is open to Australian and New Zealand, 18+ years of age residents only.

2.2. Employees, franchisees, and their immediate families of We Are Explorers and competition partners or any related agencies, are not eligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether by natural or by adoption), parent, stepparent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, or step-sister

 

HOW TO ENTER

3.1 The Competition commences on 8/03/24 at 10:00 AM AEST and closes 31/03/24 at 11:59 PM AEST (“the Competition Period”).

3.2 In order to enter, the entrants must complete the entry form on the Competition landing page by providing the entrant’s full name, email address, and State.

3.3 In order to enter, the Entrants must agree to receive email marketing communications from the Promoter and Competition Partners. Entrants may unsubscribe to email marketing from the Promoter and Competition Partners at any time after receipt of the first promotional email from the Promoter.

3.4 Entrants may only enter once.

3.5 By entering the Competition, each Entrant consents to and grants a royalty free perpetual licence to the Promoter and the Competition Partners to use the winning Entrant’s name, in accordance with clause 5.4 below.

 

PRIZES AND UNCLAIMED PRIZES

4.1 The winners will be chosen at random with a third party draw service.

4.2 The winners will be notified by email.

4.2 Prizes cannot be exchanged or refunded in any way by the winner.

4.3 Prizes are valid for redemption until 30/04/2024.

 4.4 Any prizes that remain unclaimed for 1 month after the end of the Competition Period will be awarded to another Entrant as determined by the Promoter.  If required, this will occur on 1/05/2024.
