We understand times are becoming increasingly tough and it can be difficult to keep on top of your finances.

From Friday 1 March until Sunday 31 March, when you shop in centre and spend $100 or more at a Major store or treat yourself to $50 or more in a Specialty store, you can enter the draw for a chance to win a budget boost with either $500 or $200 a month for 6 MONTHS!

Scan the QR codes placed throughout the centre to enter the draw and on Tuesday 2 April we’ll draw 16 winners!

*Up to three receipts may be added together to make $50 Specialty store value. *Major Retailers are Kmart, Coles, ALDI and Woolworths. One entry per person, per day. Excludes cigarettes, tobacco products, smoking accessories, lotto, laybys, bills, utility and rates payments, bank fees, charges and insurance payments.

1. Introduction
1.1. Participation in this Promotion and information regarding the redemption of
any prizes from the Prize Pool forms part of these terms and conditions.
1.2. By entering this promotion, Eligible Entrants warrant that they have read,
understood and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Duration
2.1. This Promotion runs from 7:00AM AEST Friday 01 March 2024 until 6:00pm
AEST Sunday 31 March 2024 .
3. Eligibility
3.1. The following are NOT ELIGIBLE to enter the Promotion - retailers, store
owners, managers and their employees, and any other person with
employment connections to or at The Pines Shopping Centre, Elanora.
3.2. Receipts from the following purchases/payments are NOT ELIGIBLE
to enter the promotion - cigarettes, tobacco products, smoking accessories,
lotto, laybys, bills, utility and rates payments, bank fees, charges and
insurance payments.
4. Method of entry
4.1. To enter, a person (Eligible Entrant) must:
Complete either one of the transaction types detailed below, at The Pines
Shopping Centre Elanora between 7:00am AEST Friday 1 March 2024 and
6:00pm AEST Sunday 31 March 2024.
Either:
(a) Spend $50.00 or more and obtain a receipt from any Specialty Store
(Note - 2 receipts for the same day may be added together to reach $50 or
more) at The Pines Shopping Centre, Elanora.
OR
(b) Spend $100.00 or more and obtain a receipt at Woolworths, Coles, Aldi or
Kmart in one single transaction at The Pines Shopping Centre, Elanora.
4.2. Eligible Entrants must scan a QR code to access the entry form.
4.3. Eligible Entrants will be prompted to fill out an online form, providing their
name, postal code, suburb details, email, and/or mobile number, all of
which will be recorded upon entry into the promotion. The value of their
purchase and store where the purchase was made will be collected.
4.4. Eligible Entrants will be invited to join our mailing list, this is not a
requirement to enter.
4.5. Only one entry per person per day.
4.6. Receipts may only be used once as proof of eligibility to enter.
4.7. Duplicated receipts will not be accepted.
4.8. The Promoter reserves the right to not accept entries that are illegible,
forged, mutilated, copied or tampered with in any way.
4.9. The Promoter retains the authority to exclude any individual suspected of
fraudulent activity in entering this promotion. This encompasses individuals
who, at the Promoter’s sole discretion, fail to meet the required purchase
criteria for entry. The decision of the Promoter in this matter is deemed
final, with no further dialogue entertained. Any individual excluded under
this provision will remain ineligible for the duration of the promotion period.
5. Winner Selection
5.1. A total of 16 winners will be selected by 5:00pm AEST Tuesday 2 April 2024.
5.2. Winners will be posted on The Pines Elanora website and contacted by
email or phone (including via SMS) within 24 hours of being selected.
5.3. The Promoter will make a total of 3 attempts to contact a winner. If a winner
fails to redeem their delegated prize, the Promoter reserves the right to
re-award the prize in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
6. Gift Cards
6.1. The total amount of Gift Cards for this Promotion consists of the number of
prizes noted in Item 4 in the schedule.
6.2. All values are in Australian dollars and are correct at the time of printing.
The Promoter takes no responsibility for variations in the prize value.
6.3. The prize is not transferable, redeemable or exchangeable for cash.
7. Method of Gift Card redemption
7.1. Pines Gift Cards are accepted at designated terminals within The Pines
Elanora. Simply choose ‘Savings’ and enter the PIN Number located on the
card’s reverse side to make purchases until the funds are depleted.
7.2. Where a retailer applies a card surcharge on processing, the surcharge
amount will need to be accounted for against the value of the card.
8. Decisions final
8.1. The Promoter, at its sole discretion, may accept entries with errors and
omissions.
8.2. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an Eligible Entrant, the Promoter
reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the
Eligible Entrant.
8.3. The Promoter’s decision relating to the Promotion and/or redemption of the
prizes is final and no discussions or correspondence with Eligible Entrants
or any other person will be entered into.
9. Personal information and privacy
9.1. Under the Privacy Act 1988 the Promoter must tell an Eligible Entrant when
it collects personal information about them and how it will use it. If the
Eligible Entrant chooses to enter or take part in this competition, the Eligible
Entrant will be required to provide information about themselves.
9.2. The personal information provided by Eligible Entrants upon entry into this
Promotion may be utilised to send updates regarding the Promoter’s
products or services, subject to the Eligible Entrant’s consent to join the
mailing list as specified in point 4.4. From time to time this information may
be used by the Promoter. The use and disclosure of this information is
subject to the restrictions imposed on the Promoter by the Privacy Act
1988. Subject to the provisions of the Privacy Act 1988, Eligible Entrants
may have access to any personal information held by the Promoter by
contacting 07 5534 6722.
9.3. The Eligible Entrant acknowledges that any personal information provided
by the Eligible Entrant is not sensitive information.
9.4. If the Eligible Entrant wishes to access, update or correct the Eligible
Entrant’s personal information, the Eligible Entrant may do so by providing
the Promoter with written notice.
9.5. If an Eligible Entrant prefers that the Promoter not use their details and/
or retain their details, please contact the Promoter on 07 5534 6722. All
Eligible Entrants have a right to access personal information which the
Promoter holds about them. The Promoter may deny any request for access
in some circumstances. If the Promoter does this, it will tell an Eligible
Entrant why.
