To be eligible to enter, individuals must spend $20 or more in a single transaction on
any Jack Daniel’s product/s at a Participating Retailer during the Promotional
(“Qualifying Transaction”). If a purchase receipt is not provided to the individual, it is
their responsibility to request one from a member of staff.
7. To enter, individuals must then visit www.bottlemart.com.au/promotions,
www.sipnsave.com.au/promotions, www.harrybrown.com.au/promotions or
wa.thirstycamel.com.au/promotions depending on the Participating Retailer at which
the Qualifying Transaction was made, follow the prompts to the promotion entry page,
input the requested details, upload a copy of the purchase receipt and submit the fully
completed entry form during the Promotional Period.
8. Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) entry permitted per
Qualifying Transaction regardless of the amount spent on Jack Daniel’s products in
excess of $20 in the Qualifying Transaction; and (b) each entry must be submitted
separately and in accordance with entry requirements.
9. Entrants must retain a copy of their purchase receipt(s) for all entries as proof of
purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested may,
in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant’s
entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify
the store of purchase and that the purchase was made during the promotional period
but prior to entry.
10. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and
entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the
right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to
believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry

process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to
jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be
accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its
rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal
rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
11. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
12. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in
its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
13. The draw will take place at Anisimoff Legal, 3 Amy Close, Wyong NSW 2259 on
29/04/2024 at 2:00pm AEST in the presence of an independent scrutineer. The
Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an
invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn. The winner will be notified by email and
phone within two (2) business days of the draw. The winner will be published online
at www.bottlemart.com.au/promotions, www.sipnsave.com.au/promotions,
www.harrybrown.com.au/promotions and wa.thirstycamel.com.au/promotion on
01/05/2024.
14. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. The first valid entry drawn will win a trip for two (2) adults to Singapore valued at up to
AU$20,200.86, depending on point of departure. Prize includes:
● 2 x Return economy airfares from winner's nearest capital city to Singapore valued
at AU$4,789.70;
● 4 x Nights’ twin share 5-star accommodation at the Hilton Conrad Centennial
including daily breakfast valued at AU$6,705.58;
● Return hotel/airport transfers valued at AU$383.18;
● 2 x Super Pit Grandstand Tickets to the 2024 Singapore Night Race valued at
AU$4,789.70;
● Jack Daniel’s experience: event and bar visits with on ground team valued at
AU$1,149.52;
● 2 x Premium Jack Daniel’s x McLaren welcome packs valued at AU$383.18; and
● AU$2,000 Spending money for the winner only to be deposited into the winner’s
nominated Australian bank account via electronic funds transfer (EFT).
Additional spending money, additional meals, taxes (excluding airline and airport
taxes), insurance, passports, visas, vaccinations, transport to and from departure
point, additional transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other
ancillary costs are not included. Prize must be taken to coincide with the 2024
Singapore Night Race event with flights departing on 19/09/2024 and is subject to
booking and flight availability.
