If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.

Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents over the age of 18. Employees, pets of employees (this is important), immediate family members of employees and employees of any company associated with the Promotion are ineligible to enter.

Entry
The promotion commences on 08:00AM Sunday, March 17, 2024 AEDT and entries close on 11.59PM Wednesday March 27, 2024 AEDT. (Promotion period.) To enter, participants must place an order via the Go-To website (www.gotoskincare.com), including at least one Go-To product, and no more than 4720 products. All orders that include at least one (1) Go-To product, of any value, placed during the competition time period will be considered an entry. Orders that include Gro-To or Bro-To products only will not be considered an entry. Only one (1) order per person will be counted as an entry toward the cash prizes (11). Only one (1) order per person, per day will be counted as an entry toward the Go-To Super Stash giveaway. Customers are eligible to win no more than one (1) prize during the promotional period.

Prizes and Winning
The random winner selection will take place at 91 Campbell Street, Surry Hills, NSW 2010;  From March 17 - 27: 10x Go-To Super Stashes will be randomly selected (one a day) using https://www.tpal.com.au/. Results will be posted on Instagram Stories the following day.  On March 27: 1x $10,000 Cash Deposit, 10x $1000 Cash Deposits, will be randomly drawn using a raffle drum. A Justice of Peace will be present to verify winners. Winners can only win once/one prize. There are 21 prizes to be won, with a combined value of $30,440.00:

Prize Conditions
Winner(s) will be notified by email within two business days of the selection. Winner(s) will be thrilled and/or ecstatic. Winner(s) consent to Go-To using their name, likeness and entry in any marketing and promotion of the competition. Winner(s) agree that product prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. To claim cash prizes, winner(s) will need to respond to Go-To's email via the same medium within seven days of email being sent. Winner(s) will need to provide a copy of their name and bank details on their bank statement to verify bank account before funds can be transferred. Go-To will email how their cash deposit will be arranged. To claim prize, winner(s) will need to respond to Go-To's email via the same medium within seven days of email being sent. Go-To will email how their Super Stash will be organised.  Unclaimed prizes will be redrawn by Wednesday, Apr 10, 2024 Results will be published on Go-To's Instagram @gotoskincare on Wednesday 27 March, 2024. Unclaimed prizes will be drawn again and same notification terms will apply.
