CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1. Instructions on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Participation in this promotion is
deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
2. Promotion commences 00:01 AEST Monday, 25th September, 2023, and closes at Close of Store Trade on Sunday,
22nd September, 2024.
3. To enter, individuals must:
• Purchase any product from a participating Nextra Group Outlet;
• Scan a registered Nextra Group Rewards Card at the point of purchase.
4. One (1) entry is automatically awarded per single transaction per day at a participating nextra™ Group Outlet.
5. This is a game of chance. Winners will be randomly generated by an electronic drawing system.
6. There are five (5) prizes per week available for fifty-two (52) weeks exclusively to The nextra™ Group Rewards

8. The winner of each draw will be notified using the contact details registered by the Cardholder, and will be
published on The nextra™ Group Website (www.nextra.com.au) on Thursday, 3rd October, 2024.
9. If any prize remains unclaimed, a redraw will take place at 10:00am at The nextra Group Head Office, 1/1 Ross
Street, NEWSTEAD QLD 4006 exactly three months to the date from the initial draw, and the winners will be
notified immediately, and published on The nextra™ Group Website (www.nextra.com.au) on Thursday, 16th
January, 2025.
10. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
11. The Promoter, other entities and agencies associated with this competition, their related corporate bodies
and each of their officers, agents, employees and the immediate family of any of them are ineligible to
enter. “Immediate family” means a spouse or former spouse, de facto partner or former de facto partner,
child, parent, grandparent, grandchild or sibling, or a child, parent, grandparent, grandchild or sibling of a
spouse or de facto partner, whether or not they live in the same household. It includes step-relations (e.g.
step-parents and step-children) as well as adoptive relations.
12. All entries submitted become the property of the Promoter.
