Entrants and any companions (if applicable) must be: 18 years of age or over.
8. Maximum Number
of Entries

Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish however each entry must be submitted via a
separate entry and must independently comply with these Competition Terms of Entry.
For the avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise expressly stated, entrants may only win one (1) Prize each
in the Promotion.
9. Entry Method
Clause 3
Entrants may enter the Promotion any of the following ways:
Phone Entry
During the Promotion Period, any person who participates in an on air-segment during the ‘Ash, Luttsy
& Susie O’Neill’ breakfast show via phone (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute
discretion and announced on-air by the on-air announcer at the time of entry) will receive one (1)
entry into the draws (subject to the Entry Restrictions below) (Phone Entrant) set out below in Draw
Details.
During the Promotion Period, the Promoter may conduct bonus Phone Entry draw days (as determined
by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion and announced on-air by the on-air announcer at
the time of contesting) where any person who participates in an on-air segment on a Station via
phone will receive bonus entries into the draws as outlined by the Promoter on-air (subject to the Entry
Restrictions below).
For the avoidance of any doubt, up to one hundred and fifty (150) Phone Entrants per day may be
placed into the draws set out below in Draw Details.
AND/OR
Nova Player App Entry
During the Promotion Period entrants must download the Nova Player App, register their details, and
complete the entry form for the Promotion under the ‘win’ tab in the manner required.
AND/OR
Website Entry
During the Promotion Period entrants must visit the Website and fully complete the online entry form
and register their details in the manner required.

Subject to the Maximum Number of Entry requirements outlined above, all valid entries received during
the Promotion Period via Phone Entry, Website Entries and via Nova Player App Entry will be placed into
the draws (up to five (5) during the Promotion Period), as set out below under Draw Details.
The Promoter will conduct each Draw in accordance with the Draw Details below.
Draw and Answer a call live on-air
In accordance with the Draw Details below, the Promoter will:
(a) conduct the Draw;
(b) contact the entrant whose valid entry is drawn first in the Draw on their personal mobile number
or home phone number (and not a business number) (Personal Contact Number) (Selected
Entrant); and,
(c) invite them on-air to claim their Prize.
For the avoidance of doubt, the Promoter may (but is under no obligation to do so) shortlist up to five
(5) entrants drawn from the Draw and contact each of them to ensure they are on standby for the
purposes of the above clause (c). During the above ‘Answer a call live on-air’ segment to announce
the Prize winner, the Promoter will contact the entrants in the order in which they were drawn from the
Draw. If an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter for the purposes of being placed
on standby, it does not mean they have been deemed the Prize winner and they may not receive a
call on-air in the above segment, or win the Prize in the Promotion.
10. Entry Restrictions Phone Entrants must respond to text message from Promoter confirming details
Prior to a Phone Entrant being entered into the Draw (after they have appeared on air for the purposes
of this Promotion), Phone Entrants will be required to provide their mobile phone number to the
Promoter over the phone. Phone Entrants will receive a text message from the Promoter requiring them
to provide and confirm further personal details in order to facilitate the Promotion. Phone Entrants must
respond to this text message in the manner and by the time required prior to the conduct of the Draw
in order to receive their entry into the Draw. Should a Phone Entrant fail to respond to this text message
within the timeframe required and before the conduct of the Draw, they will not receive an entry into
the Draw.
Replay of on-air audio of Phone Entrant receiving an entry into the Draw
For the avoidance of doubt, if the Promoter replays audio that has previously aired where a Phone
Entrant appears on-air and receives an entry into the Draw – the replaying of audio will not constitute
an additional entry for that Phone Entrant into the Draw.
Best Of audio (originally aired prior to the Promotion Period) will not entitle person to an entry into the
Draw
For the avoidance of doubt, if during the Promotion Period the Promoter plays Best Of audio from an
on-air segment that originally aired prior to the Promotion Period, any persons featured within that Best
Of audio will not be considered entrants into this Promotion and will not receive an entry into the Draw
as a result of the Best Of audio being played on air during the Promotion Period.
Replacing Phone-In and On-Air Entrants
If for any reason an entrant is unable to be contacted, or is otherwise unable to, or declines to, appear
on-air, or their phone line drops out or is inaudible, the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion)
may replace that entrant by contacting/selecting another entrant and inviting them to appear on-air
or participate in an on-air game or challenge (where applicable). The Promoter will repeat this process
until an entrant is able to be contacted and confirms their eligibility and ability to appear on-air or
participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge (where applicable).
Calling in and speaking to Promoter
For the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter, it does not
mean they have been selected as an entrant or a winner (where applicable) and they may not be
invited to appear on-air or participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge or be awarded a Prize
(where applicable).
Ineligible Entrants
For the avoidance of doubt, the following on air interactions would not result in a Phone Entry into the
Draw during the Promotion Period:
− celebrities, sports stars, artists, guests of a show or others who are approached by the
Promoter to participate in an interview on air;
− voice artists, announcers, clients or members of the public who feature in recorded
commercials, promotional pointers or premium live reads;
− traffic reporters or listeners featured within a traffic report;
− any person featured within a news bulletin or on street recording (vox pop) or from location at
a live outside broadcast;
− any employee of the Promoter (or its associated entities) or immediate family member of
such an employee featured on air.
Winners will be called live on-air
Each entrant must nominate a Personal Contact Number to be eligible for the Prize and each entrant
grants the Promoter the right to call that entrant on their Personal Contact Number live on-air.
Entrants in the Promotion must be able to receive a phone call from a representative of the Promoter
(on their Personal Contact Number) between 6:00am and 9:00am AEST on Friday 19 April 2024, Friday
26 April 2024, Friday 3 May 2024, Friday 10 May 2024 and Friday 17 May 2024 in accordance with the
requirements outlined in the Entry Method. If the entrant does not answer their phone by the time that
phone goes to a message bank, the entrant consents to the Promoter broadcasting that entrant's
voicemail message including their full name and/or business name live on-air. Each entrant warrants
that it has obtained all consents from third parties to broadcast live on-air any information or names
(including business names) in the entrant’s voicemail message.
Each entrant warrants that they have received all consents from third parties that may ordinarily
answer their Personal Contact Number in the entrant's absence to be broadcast live on-air if that third
party answers the relevant phone live on-air.
11. Draw Details
Clause 4
Five (5) draws will be conducted, as follows:
Week One
The first draw will be conducted at the Promoter’s premises between 6:00am and 9:00am AEST on
Friday 19 April 2024.
Week Two
The second draw will be conducted at the Promoter’s premises between 6:00am and 9:00am AEST on
Friday 26 April 2024.
Week Three
The third draw will be conducted at the Promoter’s premises between 6:00am and 9:00am AEST on
Friday 3 May 2024.
Week Four
The fourth draw will be conducted at the Promoter’s premises between 6:00am and 9:00am AEST on
Friday 10 May 2024.
Week Five
The fifth and final draw will be conducted at the Promoter’s premises between 6:00am and 9:00am
AEST on Friday 17 May 2024.
The first valid entrant drawn will be contacted in accordance with the Entry Method outlined above.

Prize
There are five (5) Prizes to be won, each comprising of:
Week One Prize
• Two (2) x night stay for 2 Adults in 1 bedroom spa at Mantra Hevey Bay Resort, Buccaneer Dr,
Urangan QLD, 4655 and 1 night stay at K’gari Beach resort on K’gari - Fraser Island with
mainland pick up, including breakfast and lunch plus a 2 day tour K’gari Explorer tours valued
at AUD $2,000 (incl GST).
Week Two Prize
• Four (4) x night stay for Family (2 Adults and 2 Children) on Lady Elliot Island in a Reef Unit
including flights from Hervey Bay, combined glass bottom boat/boat snorkel tour and buffet
dinners and breakfasts valued at AUD $6,438 (Incl GST)
Week Three Prize
• Four (4) x night stay at Ramada, 627 Esplanade Urangan, QLD, 4655 including daily breakfast,
family voucher for Whalesong Cruise and an AUD $100 dining voucher at Aquavue at Hervey
Bay valued at AUD $1,750 (incl GST).
Week Four Prize
• Four (4) x night stay for 2 Adults at Discovery Parks in a Deluxe Safari Tent including remote
K’gari tour with Tasman Venture and an AUD $100 dining voucher at Aquavue at Hervey Bay
valued at AUD $1,730 (incl GST).
Week Five Prize
• Four (4) x night stay for 2 Adults on K’gari – Fraser Island at Kingfisher Bay Resort, including ferry
costs and daily breakfast plus full day Ranger guided Beauty Spots Tour, valued at AUD $1,840
(incl GST).
13. Prize Restrictions

Prize Supplier terms and conditions
Winners and their companions are subject to the Prize supplier’s terms and conditions, including but not
limited to, venue terms of entry.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
Winners are responsible for their own transport to and from the Prize destination.
Winners and their companions (where applicable) may be asked to provide valid official identification
to show proof of age at the venue.
