Terms & Conditions
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by
these conditions. Entrants must comply with these conditions to be eligible to enter.
2. Entry is open to residents of NSW who are 18 years and over and who are current full financial members of Panthers
Group. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies and venues associated with this
promotion are ineligible to enter. This is a member’s only promotion and is club wide.
3. To enter members must:
1. Purchase any Coca-Cola products, including:
i. Cola Cola
ii. Coke No Sugar
iii. Diet Coke
iv. Coke Zero
v. Sprite
vi. Lift
vii. Creaming Soda
(Includes postmix, cans and jug varieties)
2. When purchased over the duration of the month of April, members will be allocated
the below a ticket in accordance to their purchase.
i. Swipe their membership card and purchase two (2) glasses/cans of coca
cola variety = 1 entry
ii. Swipe their member card and purchase (1) jug of of coca cola variety = 2
entry
4. The promotion commences at 0.00 am AEST on 9th April 2024 and closes at 11.59pm 6th May 2024 (“Promotional
Period”).
5. Ticket entries available from all Panthers North Richmond bars.
6. A virtual barrel draw will take place at Panthers North Richmond 11.00 am AEST on 6th May 2024 Panthers North
Richmond, 33 Beaumont Avenue, North Richmond NSW 2754.
7. The winner will be contacted within 3 working days of the draw via telephone, email or mail.
8. Prize supplied by Coca Cola, with one (1) signed 2024 Panthers Jersey to be won.
9. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding - no correspondence
will be entered into.
The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive an entry or for inaccurate
information or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical or telecommunications problems, including
security breaches. If such problems arise, then the Promoter may (where necessary with the approval of the relevant
lottery authority) modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the promotion.
10. The winner has eight (8) days to collect and is responsible for pick up or delivery of prizes. It is the responsibility of
the winner to organise pick up or delivery of prizes.
11. If the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of
equal value, subject to any written directions from the various lottery authorities.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address of winners and any other
information relevant to entry into or participation in this promotion. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter,
whose decision is final. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who provides false information,
fails to provide information, conspires with others to gain an unfair advantage or who is involved in any way in
interfering or tampering with the conduct of this promotion.
13. Entrants will be refused service of alcohol or provision of an alcoholic beverage prize if it would breach any relevant
laws, codes or policies including those of the relevant liquor license relating to the Code of Practice for Responsible
Service of Alcohol. The promoter supports the responsible service of alcohol.
14. Details from entries will be collected and used for the purpose of conducting this promotion (which may include
disclosure to third parties, including local lottery authorities, for the purpose of processing and conducting the
promotion) and for promotional purposes surrounding this promotion. By entering this promotion entrants consent to
the use of their information as described and agree that the Promoter may use this information, or disclose it to other
organizations that may use it, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further
reference or payment to the entrant. Entrants may access, change and/or update their personal information and
obtain a copy of the Promoter’s privacy policy by contacting the Promoter on (02) 4560 5000 during office hours or

15. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to
indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking any of the
prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law
