MOTHER’S DAY ULTIMATE SHOPPING SPREE COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Promoter Information:
The Promoter is Gowings PTY LTD, Port Central Shopping Centre, located at 40 – 42 Horton Street,
Port Macquarie NSW 2444.
2. Competition Period
The competition begins at 9:00 AM on April 22, 2024, and ends at 5:00 PM on May 10, 2024. After
this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
3. Eligibility
This competition is open only to individuals aged 16 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of
Gowings Port Central, their family members, or anyone else connected in any way with the
competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter.
4. Entry Restrictions
To enter this giveaway the customer must spend $30 within Port Central at any retail store and show
the Concierge proof of purchase within the promotion time frame. Concierge open hours are 9:00am
to 3:00pm if concierge is unattended, you may still enter at another time within the promotional
time frame.
Limit of one entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
5. Prize Details
The prize includes one (1) $1,000 Pacific Coast gift card and one (1) personal styling consultation
with Vanessa Jane.
$1000 Pacific Coast gift card can be spent between Port Central and Kempsey Central
The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability.
6. Prize Substitution
In the event that any prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to
substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value.
7. Winner Selection
The winner will be chosen at random from all entries received and verified by the Promoter and or
its agents.
The winner will be notified by phone or email within 1 hour of the closing date. If the winner cannot
be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to
withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
8. Non-Transferable
Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash and are not transferable.
9. Liability
The Promoter (including its respective officers, employees, and agents) is not liable for any loss,
damage, or injury suffered or sustained as a result of the competition or any prize, except for any
liability which cannot be excluded by law.
10. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is subject to the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and will be used for
the purpose of conducting this competition and related activities. By entering the 'Mother's Day
Giveaway' competition you agree to Coastbeat Media/Gowing Bros Limited adding you to our digital
database. You also agree to receive future digital marketing materials from Pacific Coast Shopping
Centre news, events, and promotions.
11. Amendments
The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or to cancel, alter, or amend
the competition at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, or if circumstances arise outside of
its control.
12. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
