Mother’s Day VIP Gift With Purchase 2024 - Terms and Conditions
1. These Terms and Conditions apply to the Mother’s Day VIP Gift With Purchase 2024 promotion
which has been issued by Cockburn Gateway Shopping City, 816 Beeliar Drive, Success WA 6164.
2. The promotion starts at 11:00am and concludes at 2:00pm on Thursday May 9 and Friday May 10,
2024, or while stocks last.
3. The Gift includes one (1) Decjuba Mini Neoprene Cosmetic Case (in silver or black). Valid for the first
100 qualifying Cockburn Gateway VIP customers each day. One redemption is permitted per VIP
customer during the promotional period.
4. To redeem one (1) Decjuba Mini Neoprene Cosmetic Case free of charge, customers must:
1. Be a Cockburn Gateway VIP Member.
2. Visit Cockburn Gateway on Thursday May 9 or Friday May 10, 2024, from 11:00am – 2:00pm.
3. Spend $75 or more on Mother’s Day gifts at select stores* in-centre and take their receipt/s to
the Mother’s Day kiosk outside Cotton On.
Gifts are available while stocks last. Multiple receipts can be used to reach the qualifying spend.
Receipts must be from a purchase made on Thursday May 9 or Friday May 10, 2024.

5. Gift can only be taken as per the description and cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded or
modified in any way.
6. Prior to redeeming the gift, it is assumed that all entrants have read and understood these terms
and conditions.
7. In consideration for participation in the promotion, the winners release from, and indemnify
Cockburn Gateway Shopping City, Perron Investments Pty Ltd and JLL against, all liability, cost, loss
or expense arising out of acceptance of any gift or prize(s) or participation in the promotional
giveaway including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury and damage to property and
whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, or due to any negligent act or omission or otherwise.
8. Cockburn Gateway Shopping City may, subject to State regulations, terminate this promotion at any
time at its absolute discretion without liability to any contestant or other person.
9. If an item is unavailable, the Promoter, in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to cease this
promotion, or to substitute the gift with purchase with an item of up to equal value or specification,
subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
10. The promotional materials are supplied by Cockburn Gateway Shopping City and cannot be
redeemed for cash. The giveaway is awarded in the form of a physical product and must be collected
in centre by the person claiming it. Cockburn Gateway Shopping City, JLL and Perron Investments
accept no responsibility for any variation in the value of prizes.
11. Employees of JLL, Perron Investments, Cockburn Gateway Shopping City retailers and their staff,
contractors and their immediate families as well as the agencies associated with this promotion are
ineligible for entry.
12. Cockburn Gateway Shopping City Centre Manager’s (or representative) decision is final and no
further correspondence will be entered in to.
13. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
14. Cockburn Gateway Shopping City, JLL and Perron Investments shall not be liable for any loss or
damage whatsoever suffered (including, but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any
personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking the prize, except for any liability which
cannot be excluded by law.
15. In accepting your gift, you may agree to your contact details being used for marketing purposes by
agreeing to that option. When you do so, your details are entered into our database(s), and are
used to contact you to about events, activities and promotions and to direct market to you. Those
details may also be used in accordance with our privacy policy, which can be found at

16. If you do not agree to your contact details being used for marketing purposes, they may still be
recorded and used for purposes associated with the promotion (including the redemption of any gift
and ensuring the terms of the promotion are complied with), or the management of the Centre, but
will not be used to send marketing materials to you.
