  Competition commences Monday 6 May 2024 at 5:30am AEST.
The Promoter reserves the right to tease the Promotion prior to the Competition start date.
   7: Competition Period Close Date and Time
  Competition concludes Sunday 2 June 2024 at 11:59pm AEST.
The Promoter reserves the right to:
(a) amend the Contesting Period at its absolute discretion including to close the Competition within the Competition Period; and
(b) terminate the Competition subject to any direction from a regulatory authority.
   8: Entry Restrictions
  (a) Entrants must be eighteen (18) years of age or over at the time of entry.
(b) Entrants may enter more than once, however only one (1) Prize can be won per person per Competition.
(c) Promotions are not open to any person, including Australian residents, entering the Competition from outside of Australia.
(d) Entrants acknowledge that they must be contactable by the Promoter in order to be successful. Entrants unable to be contacted in accordance with these Terms for any reason will forfeit their Prize / Opportunity.
(e) Entrants who provide incorrect, misleading or fraudulent information are ineligible in the Promotion and all Entries of an Entrant who is deemed by the Promoter to have provided incorrect or misleading information may, at the discretion of the Promoter be deemed invalid.
(f) Entrants may be required to sign a legal indemnity form prior to accepting any Prizes.
(g) Entrants must be Australian residents and have a registered address in Queensland.
  9: How to Enter
  During the Competition Period:
(a) Listeners will be invited via station on-air commercials, announcer solicits, and via social media to visit the Station Website and complete the online Entry Form by providing their contact details - including by providing their full name, phone number, email address, postcode and year of birth, and by stating in twenty-five (25) words or less “Who would you take to the State of Origin for being a great mate/Queenslander to cheer on the Queensland Maroons?
(b) Each Entry submitted in the above specified Competition period will be individually reviewed by representatives of the Promoter.
(c) The Promoter will select up to two [2] winners overall (i.e one winner per prize package as outlined in Clause 14) that it believes, based on valid registrations received:
(i) (ii) (iii)
(iv) (v)
meet the Entry restrictions; have an appeal for radio;
are consistent with the Station’s style of irreverence and humour;
creativity, personality, authenticity, uniqueness, heart-warming etc.; and
suitability for the Promotion, including for example competitiveness.
(d) The Promoter
over the Contesting Period that it deems to be the “best” (in its absolute discretion) based on the above criteria from all valid Entries received within the time period specified to receive a Prize.
(e) The Station may use the Entrants and their stories live on-air in connection with the Promotion over the specified Competition Period. For example, the Promoter in its absolute discretion may invite Entrants to air to talk about their Entry. If an Entrant is invited to speak on-air this does not deem them as a Winner. The Promoter in its absolute discretion has the right to share Entrants’ stories online and via its social media platforms.

   10: Limitation on Entries
   Entrants may submit as many Entries as they wish however each Entry must be submitted via a separate online Entry Form on each occasion and contain a different answer to the question stated on the online Entry Form. Entrants may only Win one (1) Prize each.
 If any duplicate Entries are received from the same Entrant these will be removed or deleted prior to the final Draw or judging being conducted.

   12: Judging Criteria
   (a) After the close of Entries, each valid Entry will be individually judged (by representatives of the Promoter) based on, among other things:
(i) meet the Entry restrictions;
(ii) have an appeal for radio;
(iii) areconsistentwiththeStation’sstyleofirreverenceand humour;
(iv) creativity,personality,authenticity,uniqueness,heart- warming etc.; and
(v) suitability for the Promotion, including for example competitiveness.
(b) The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

   14: Prize Details
   There are two (2) prizes to be won overall as part of this competition:
Prize Package #1
4 x tickets to the first Women’s State Of Origin Game at Suncorp Stadium on 16th May 2024 thanks to TPIL Lawyers. The prize includes 4 single tickets to the W Club including premium seating and food and beverage.
The total value of Prize Package #1 is $2,200.
The winner of Prize Package #1 will be decided from all entries received between the competition commencement at 5:30am AEST on Monday 6 May 2024 and 11:59pm on Monday 13 May 2024.
Prize Package #2
2 x silver category tickets to State Of Origin Game 3 on Wednesday 17th July 2024 at Suncorp Stadium (currently sold out), valued at $199 each plus two (2) ultimate keepsakes:
• 1 x jersey signed by the 2024 Men’ State Of Origin Team, and;
• 1 x football signed by the 2024 Men’s State Of Origin Team
The total value of Prize Package #2 is $998.00
The winner of Prize Package #2 will be decided from all entries received between 12am on Tuesday 14 May and the competition concluding on Sunday 2 June 2024 at 11:59pm AEST.
Once a Winner has been allocated tickets to an event, they are ineligible to Win any additional tickets to the same event.
      For the avoidance of doubt, travel or accommodation are not included in the Prize and any travel or accommodation needed to take the Prize will be at the Prize Winner’s expense.
Additional spending money, meals (other than outlined above), taxes, luggage costs, insurance and all other ancillary costs are not included, and are at the Winner’s expense.
 15: Total Prize Value Up to $3,198.00 (including GST)
17: Publication Details Winners of Prizes valued at over $500.00 AUD (including GST) will be published on the Station website ‘Win’ Page.
