Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish however each entry must be submitted via a
separate entry and must independently comply with these Competition Terms of Entry.
For the avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise expressly stated, entrants may only win one (1) Prize each
in the Promotion.
8. Entry Method

Code Word
During the Promotion Period, entrants must listen to the Ricki-Lee, Tim & Joel podcast between Friday
10 May 2024 and Thursday 16 May 2024 (Show) and obtain the different daily code word which will be
announced during the podcast (Code Word).
Entrants may enter the Promotion in any of the following ways:
Website Entry
During the Promotion Period entrants must visit the Website, complete the online entry form, register
their details in the manner required, identify the Code Word for that day, and answer in 25 words or less
the question:
“Why are you Olivia Rodrigo’s biggest fan?”
AND/OR
Nova Player App Entry
During the Promotion Period entrants must download the Nova Player App, register their details,
complete the entry form for the Promotion under the ‘win’ tab in the manner required, identify the
Code Word for that day, and answer in 25 words or less the question:
“Why are you Olivia Rodrigo’s biggest fan?”
AND/OR
Phone Entry
At various times during the Promotion Period:
(a) the Promoter will invite entrants to call 13 24 10 during a specified time period;
(b) from the entrants who successfully call 13 24 10, those entrants will be asked to correctly
identify the Code Word for that day and answer the question “Why you are Olivia Rodrigo’s
biggest fan?” off-air.
All valid Website, Nova Player App and Phone Entries received during the Promotion period will be
individually judged by representatives of the Promoter based on the Judging Criteria.
At various times during the Promotion Period, the Promoter will:
(a) select up to ten (10) entrants deemed to have submitted the ‘best’ entries (based on the
Judging Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) from all valid Website, Nova
Player App and Phone Entries (Selected Entrants);
(b) contact up to ten (10) Selected Entrants (in the absolute and sole discretion of the Promoter)
on their personal mobile number or home phone number (and not a business number)
(Personal Contact Number) to discuss their entry and assess their suitability to appear on-air
(based on the Judging Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion); and
(c) invite up to ten (10) of the “best” Selected Entrants throughout the Promotion Period (based
on the Judging Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) to appear on-air
between 3:00pm and 6:00pm AEST on various days during the Promotion Period.
For the avoidance of doubt, Selected Entrants will be selected in order of ‘best’ entry (based on the
Judging Criteria, as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion), followed by next
‘best’ entry, and so on.
Appear On Air
Between 3.00pm and 6.00pm AEST on various days during the Promotion Period, representatives of the
Promoter (in their sole and absolute discretion) will:
(a) contact a Selected Entrant and invite them to appear on air (if applicable);
(b) if the Selected Entrant successfully answers their Personal Contact Number within five (5) rings
or by the time it goes to voicemail (the earlier of) and successfully appears on-air (if
applicable) for the purpose of the Promotion they will be awarded a Prize (in the absolute
and sole discretion of the Promoter);
(c) if the Selected Entrant does not successfully answer their Personal Contact Number in
accordance with clause (b) above or if their phone is turned off, engaged, the phone line
drops out, or they are inaudible or they are unreachable for any reason, the Promoter may (in
its sole and absolute discretion) the Selected Entrant with the next ‘best’ entry (based on the
Judging Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) on their Personal Contact
Number in the same manner as outlined above.
This process may be repeated until a Selected Entrant successfully appears on-air (if applicable) for the
purpose of the Promotion and is awarded a Prize (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and
absolute discretion).
For the avoidance of doubt, up to five (5) Selected Entrants will be deemed a winner and be awarded
a Prize.
9. Entry Restrictions Personal Contact Number
Each entrant must nominate a Personal Contact Number, to be eligible for a Prize and each entrant
grants the Promoter the right to call that entrant on their Personal Contact Number live on-air.
Entrants in the Promotion must be able to receive a phone call from a representative of the Promoter
(on their Personal Contact Number) between the following timeframe (or such other time specified by
the Promoter) and in accordance with the requirements outlined in the Entry Method:
3:00pm AEST and 6:00pm AEST on weekdays during the Promotion Period.
If the entrant does not answer their phone by the time that phone goes to a message bank, the
entrant consents to the Promoter broadcasting that entrant's voicemail message including their full
name and/or business name live on-air. Each entrant warrants that it has obtained all consents from
third parties to broadcast live on-air any information or names (including business names) in the
entrant’s voicemail message.
Each entrant warrants that they have received all consents from third parties that may ordinarily
answer their Personal Contact Number in the entrant's absence to be broadcast live on-air if that third
party answers the relevant phone live on-air. If a third party answers an entrant's Personal Contact
Number, that entrant will not be eligible for a Prize as determined by the Promoter in its absolute and
sole discretion.
Replacing Phone-In and On-Air Entrants
If for any reason an entrant is unable to be contacted, or is otherwise unable to, or declines to, appear
on-air, or their phone line drops out or is inaudible, the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion)
may replace that entrant by contacting/selecting another entrant and inviting them to appear on-air
or participate in an on-air game or challenge (where applicable). The Promoter will repeat this process
until an entrant is able to be contacted and confirms their eligibility and ability to appear on-air or
participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge (where applicable).
Calling in and speaking to Promoter
For the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter, it does not
mean they have been selected as an entrant or a winner (where applicable) and they may not be
invited to appear on-air or participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge or be awarded a Prize
(where applicable).
Entrant must appear on-air
For the avoidance of doubt, entrants must appear on-air during the Promotion Period to be deemed a
winner and awarded a Prize.
10. Judging

All valid entries will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole
and absolute discretion) by 3:00pm AEST Friday 17 May 2024 at the Promoter’s premises. All valid entries
will be judged based on the Judging Criteria.
11. Judging Criteria
Clause 4
All valid entries will be judged (by representatives of the Promoter) on originality, creativity and
suitability or as otherwise specified by the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion).
Where entrants are required to participate in a challenge or on-air game (if applicable), the Promoter
may specify the relevant judging criteria prior to or at the time of the challenge or on-air game.
12. Prize

Event Prize
There are up to five (5) Prizes to be won, each comprising of:
• Two (2) tickets to see OLIVIA RODRIGO’s ‘GUTS WORLD TOUR’ 2024 live in concert in the
nearest capital city to the winner’s ordinary state of residence, valued at up to AUD $155 per
ticket (incl. GST) (Event) on one of the below dates at a time to be specified by the Promoter
at the time of winning:
Melbourne - Rod Laver Arena, 200 Batman Ave, Melbourne VIC 3004.
• Wednesday 9 October 2024
• Thursday 10 October 2024
Sydney - Qudos Bank Arena, 19 Edwin Flack Ave, Sydney Olympic Park NSW 2127.
• Thursday 17 October 2024
• Friday 18 October 2024
If further Event dates are announced after this Promotion, winners may be allocated tickets to one of
the new Event dates (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion).
For the avoidance of doubt, the time, date and location of the Event and the tickets allocated to the
Event Prize winner by the Promoter is at the sole and absolute discretion of the Promoter and will be
revealed to entrants at the time of winning, however if a winner ordinarily resides in NSW or VIC, they
will be awarded tickets to the Event in the nearest capital city to the winner’s ordinary state of
residence.
Domestic Travel Prize
If a Prize winner ordinarily resides in SA, WA or QLD the winner will be awarded a Domestic Travel Prize in
addition to the Event Prize, provided that their state’s border restrictions permit travel into NSW or VIC
as required to attend the Event.
The Domestic Travel Prize will comprise of:
• AUD $1,000 (excl. GST) cash for the purposes of arranging airfares and accommodation for
the winner and one (1) companion to attend the Event.
For the avoidance of doubt, if a Prize winner is from SA, WA or QLD and state travel and border
restrictions prevent them from travelling on the dates required in order to attend the Event, the Prize
winner will still be awarded the Domestic Travel Prize. Unfortunately, state travel and border restrictions
are out of the Promoter’s control, and no alternative Prize will be provided.
13. Prize Restrictions

It is the Prize winner and Prize winner’s companion’s responsibility to all transport to and from the Event.
