Get Back on Track Competition Terms and Conditions

To enter the Get Back on Track competition, participants must provide a name, postcode and valid email address and agree to the terms and conditions by the closing date, 11:59pm (AEST) on Friday 17 May 2024.

By entering, you agree to be added to our Western Sydney Parklands mailing list to be the first to know about upcoming parklands events and updates.

Two lucky persons will win 1 of 2 prize packs:

 Get Active prize pack ($1,100 value) includes:

    4 x entries to Race Hub Australia's Parklands Running Festival to either the 5km or 10km run (RRP $200)
    Air Locker Training 28 Day Elevate Program Prize Pack, which includes: 4 Weeks Free Membership Unlimited Altitude Sessions, Trainer Consultation and Goal Setting, Nutrition Support and Meal Plans, and 2 x Evolt Body Scans (valued at over $700)

    $150 voucher from Fractel
    $50 voucher for Western Sydney Parklands' education programs.

 Get Moving prize pack ($440 value) includes:

    4 x entries to Race Hub Australia'sParklands Running Festival to the 2km Family Dash (RRP $140)

*All winners will be selected at random and must be a resident living in NSW.




The competition will commence at 5:00pm (AEST) on Friday 19 April 2024 and close at 11:59pm (AEST) on Friday 17 May 2024.

The promoter is Western Sydney Parklands Trust (the Trust), 6PSQ, Level 1, 12 Darcy Street, Parramatta, NSW.

The Trust reserves the right to disqualify any entrant.

The Trust will contact the winner via the email address provided in the entry form. If the winner does not contact the Trust within 2 days of contact, there will be a redraw.

The following conditions apply:

    Eligible entrants can apply in their own name only.
    Eligible entrants must be an NSW resident only (no permit required).
    The prize is not transferable or exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
    The Trust reserves the right to cancel or modify the competition at any time.
    Participants can only enter the competition once.
    Each participant must select their preferred race distance at the time of entry.
    Participants must choose between the following options:
        2km Family Dash: Eligible for the Get Moving prize pack.
        5km or 10km race: Eligible for the Get Active prize pack..
    There will be two prize packs available to win: the Get Moving prize pack (valued at $440) and the Get Active prize pack (valued at $1,100).
    There will be two winners selected, one for each prize pack.
    The winners will be emailed vouchers to the email address supplied in the competition entry form.
    The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice.
    All entrants are responsible for any and all expenses that they incur when entering the competition and will not be reimbursed regardless of whether or not they win the competition.
    Judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
    Employees and their immediate families of the Trust and their agencies and companies associated with the promotion are ineligible to enter the competition.
    It is the responsibility of the winner to follow the instructions provided to redeem their prize. Instructions will be provided via email.
    The prize will be forfeited by the winner in the event that the winner does not redeem the prize within two days. The competition will be redrawn once.
    The Trust shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connected with any prize/s, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

The Trust will promote the competition through e-newsletters and social media, including Facebook and Instagram. However, the competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with either parties.
By entering this competition,  the entrant agrees to adhere to Western Sydney Parklands privacy policy and the storage of their personal information on the Trust’s database.
