) The following people are not eligible to enter the Greenbank Services Club’s “Art
Union, The Green Project Draw with Mick Hancock” – To be known as “Draw” from
this point on:
a) Any person that is not a resident of Australia;
b) Any staff, representatives or board members of Greenbank Services Club, The
Green Project with Mick Hancock or Westpoint Autos who are directly
involved with the draw. This is to include any family members that live in the
same household;
c) Any name or corporation entity, a trust, a self-managed superannuation fund
or other fund, an unincorporated association, or a syndicate.
2) The Green Project with Mick Hancock Art Union 2023 is authorised under a Category
3 Art Union and under the Queensland Office of Liquor and Gaming Regulations.
Licence Number 240 938.
3) Names and likenesses of the winner may be used by Greenbank Services Club for
promotional purposes without further compensation to the winner.
4) The “Draw” will be conducted from 12pm, Sunday 30 th June 2024 or once all 4,000
tickets have been sold whichever comes first.
5) Tickets will be on sale at Greenbank Services Club Main Reception, online via
Trybooking or externally with representatives of Greenbank Services Club, The Green
Project with Mick Hancock and Westpoint Autos.
6) PRIZE
a) The sole prize is a 2023 GWM Cannon Vanta Auto 4X4 Utility display model
includes on road costs, stamp duty, 12 months registration, towbar, floor
mats and soft tonneau cover retail value of $52,000.
b) Prize value is based upon recommended retail prices at the time of the
printing (inclusive of GST) and all references to currency is in Australian
Currency. Greenbank Services Club or any representative of The Green
Project with Mick Hancock or Westpoint Autos accepts no responsibility for
changes in prize value.

7) TICKET SALES
a) Tickets will be sold and distributed to Australian resident buyers of any age
by staff members of Greenbank Services Club and representatives of The
Green Project and Westpoint Autos OR Via the online Trybooking platform.
b) Entry will be received after full payment in Australian Currency of $20 per
entry ticket. Ticket purchases are non-refundable. EFTPOS facilities will be
available at Main Reception
c) Once Raffle tickets have been distributed, they are then the responsibility of
the buyer. Greenbank Services Club and representatives of The Green Project
and Westpoint Autos are not responsible for, nor will replace any “Draw”
ticket(s) that may be lost or damaged by the purchasers.
d) For any purchases made via the online Trybooking platform, the purchasers
physical ticket will be scanned and emailed to the purchasers nominated
email address.
e) Art Union tickets are not tax deductible. Greenbank Services Club or any
representative of The Green Project with Mick Hancock or Westpoint Autos
accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from winning
the prize.
8) DRAWING PROCESS
a) The Green Project with Mick Hancock Art Union Licence Number 240 938 will
close at 11.59am (AEST) on Sunday 30 th June 2024 or when the 4,000 th ticket is
sold, whichever comes first. The Art Union Draw will be drawn from 12pm (AEST)
on the same day by way of one (1) entry ticket selected at random from the
“Draw” barrel.
b) Winner will be notified by telephone and email within two business days of the
draw. Results will be published on the Greenbank Services Club, The Green
Projects with Mick Hancock and Westpoint Autos Websites and Social Media
Accounts on the day of the draw.

c) On claiming the prize, the winner accepts full responsibility for loss, theft or
damage to the prize. Greenbank Services Club and staff accept no responsibility
for loss, theft or damage to prizes once claimed.
d) Winning ticket number and winner details will be validated against records held
via the ticket database and the single draw is final. The winner will be required to
provide a certified copy of photographic identification in the form of an
Australian Passport, Australian Drivers Licence or Proof of Age Card, and proof of
residence, such as a utility bill, before the collection of the prize. The winners
name and winning ticket number will be published on the Greenbank Services
Club, The Green Projects with Mick Hancock and Westpoint Autos Websites and
Social Media Accounts following the draw.
9) GENERAL
a) Information on how to enter and details of the prizes form part of these terms
and conditions. Entry into the Art Union Draw as detailed above is deemed to be
acceptance of these terms and conditions and entrants warrant that they are not
prohibited from accepting a prize.
b) Greenbank Services Club, The Green Project, and Westpoint Autos are not liable
for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered or sustained as a result of
claiming or taking any prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Greenbank Services Club, The Green Project, and Westpoint Autos reserves the
right to supply an alternative prize of equal value if due to unforeseen
circumstances is unable to provide the winner with the nominated prize at the
time of collection, subject to any written directions from the relevant State
Gaming Departments.
c) Greenbank Services Club, The Green Project, and Westpoint Autos only collects
and uses personal information for the purposes of:
i. Processing and recording ticket orders
ii. Contacting entrants to update details required for processing ticket orders or
advise of a prize win;
iii. Prize winner notification via print or social media and website;

iv. Communication of other Greenbank Services Club, The Green Project, and
Westpoint Autos offers and events via phone, mail, and email.
d) The personal information supplied by entrants when entering this Promotion
may be used for the purpose of sending information on any of the Promoter’s
products or services. From time to time this information may be used by the
Promoter. The use and disclosure of this information is subject to the restrictions
imposed on the Promoter by the Privacy Act 1988. Subject to the provisions of
the Privacy Act 1988, entrants may have access to any personal information held
by the Promoter by contacting [info@greenbanksc.com.au]. A copy of the

e) Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged and are not redeemable for cash or
other goods by Greenbank Services Club.
f) Conduct of the “Draw” including decision on eligibility of persons to enter, shall
be the responsibility of Greenbank Services Club, whose decision in all matters
shall be final. No correspondence shall be entered into.
g) The winner’s name and winning ticket number will be published on the
Greenbank Services Club, Green Project with Mick Hancock and Westpoint Autos
websites and social media accounts following the draw. All ticket holders will be
notified via email communications to the email address supplied upon purchase
of ticket/s if applicable.
h) Greenbank Services Club reserves the right to disqualify entries for non-
compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
i) Greenbank Services Club reserves the right to discontinue or modify this “Draw”
at any time.
j) The Promoter is Greenbank Services Club, ABN 64 442 003 715, of 54 Anzac
