Conditions of Entry - Family Holiday to Hamilton Island Prize

Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these conditions of entry.

Entry is open to any person residing in Australia who is aged 18 years and over, void elsewhere and/or where prohibited by law. Employees of the Promoter, the Promoter's associated companies, the Promoter's agencies associated with this promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

Promotional Period - The promotion commences at 12:01am (AEST) on 13 May 2024 and closes at 11:59pm (AEDT) 31 July 2024. ("Promotional Period").

The competition will be promoted on the GOswim Australia website (www.goswimaustralia.com.au) and Facebook (www.facebook.com/goswimaustralia) and Instagram (www.instagram.com/goswim_australia/) page.

This competition is a game of chance. To enter the promotion, eligible persons must be an active financial member of the GOswim Swimming & Water Safety Program at a participating location, as at 31 July 2024.

Enrolled member must be active and financial at time of prize draw, specified further below.

Entrants are responsible for their own costs associated with accessing the internet or contacting the GOswim location to facilitate enrolment.

This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook (Meta) or Instagram. Entrants are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Facebook. By entering and participating, entrant agrees to hold harmless, defend and indemnify Facebook from and against any and all claims, demands, liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), losses, costs or expenses, with respect to or arising out of or related to (i) entrant's participation in the Sweepstake, or (ii) entrant's participation in any Prize related activities, acceptance of a Prize and/or use or misuse of a Prize (including, without limitation, any property loss, damage, personal injury or death caused to any person(s).

The draw will take place at 2.00pm AEST on Friday 2 August 2024 at Belgravia Health & Leisure Group Pty Ltd (ABN: 18118940063), 20 Longstaff Road Bayswater Victoria, 3153 Australia.

The winners will be notified in writing (email) and/or phone within three (3) working days of the draw date, the winners have five (5) working days to claim prize and their name and locality will be published on the participating venue social channels and the GOswim Australia Facebook page and Instagram page by 23 August 2024.

If a winner fails to claim the prize in five (5) working days a redraw will take place.

Prize: one (1) winner will receive a family holiday to Hamilton Island. Family holiday package intended to include air travel from nearest airport and five (5) nights’ accommodation at the Reef View Hotel for two (2) adults and two (2) children, under the age 12 years old, plus daily breakfasts. Upgrades and/or additional family members may incur an additional fee at the prize winner’s expense.

Maximum total prize value of $10,000 AUD, dependent on seasonal pricing fluctuations. Some block out periods may apply.

Prize facilitated by Sky Gander at Tewantin Travel, Tewantin QLD 4565. Prize winner will be required to organise travel dates and confirm travel party directly with the travel agent.

Prize must be redeemed within 12 months of prize draw (2 August, 2025).

The Prize cannot be redeemed for cash and is subject to Terms and Conditions of GOswim Australia and the enrolled GOswim venue.

By enrolling and entering this competition you are agreeing to receive marketing communication from GOswim Australia and the enrolled GOswim venue.
