1. The promotion is organised by Riverton Forum Shopping Centre of Corner High Rd & Willeri Drive,
Riverton Western Australia 6148.
2. Information on how to take part and prize allocation form part of these terms and conditions.
3. The $1k Pay Day (gift card) competition commences at 8.00am WST on Monday 27th May 2024 and
concludes at 6pm WST, Sunday 23rd June 2024.
4. Participation is open to individuals over the age of 18 residing in Western Australia.
5. Weekly winners will be notified via phone or email at the end of each promotional week.
6. Prior to entering the competition, it is assumed that all entrants have read and understood these
terms and conditions.
7. Entrants must make a purchase at any specialty retail store (excluding casual mall leasing) of $50
or more, or a purchase at any major retail store of $70 or more within Riverton Forum Shopping
Centre. Then entrants must scan the promotional QR code and complete all fields with qualifying
data to enter.
8. Any items, the purchase of which the Landlord or relevant retailer is prohibited from providing an
incentive (such as this competition), will not count towards qualifying spending, including but not
limited to the purchase of gift cards, alcohol, lotto, cigarettes, and tobacco products.
9. Entrants can enter after making a qualifying spend of $50 or more at specialty stores or $70 or
more at major stores (Woolworths, Big W) during the campaign dates. The receipt of purchase is to
be uploaded via the QR code with all fields to be completed. Spend must be made in store. Receipts
cannot be accumulated to reach $50 or $70 spend requirement.
Date and Place of Draw
10. Draws will take place at 10am on Tuesday 4th June, Monday 10th June, Monday 17th June and
Monday 24th June 2024 at Riverton Forum Shopping Centre of Corner High Rd & Willeri Drive,
Riverton Western Australia 6148.
11. For the purpose of the prize draw all valid entries will be entered into a computerised data base.
The weekly winners of this competition will be determined by random selection from that database
using a computerised selection tool or random number generator.
12. If an entry is incomplete, then this entry will be rejected as invalid and a redraw will take place. If
the details on the entry form do not include a first name, last name and a valid email address or
mobile phone number and clear photo/s of receipts they will be considered to be incomplete. Proof
of purchase can be requested to verify the entry.
14. Entries do not carry over into the following week/s draws and the entry pool will refresh each
Sunday from 6pm during the campaign period.
15. Only one entry is valid per qualifying receipt. Replicated entries will be voided.
16. If the promoter is unable to establish contact with any winner by Monday 8th July 2024, then the
winner/s forfeit their prize and a redraw will take place. Each winner will have fourteen (14) days to
redeem their prize. In the event that the prize remains unclaimed, another draw will take place.
17. There are four (4) major prizes. The prize value is $1,000 AUD with a total prize pool of $4,000.
The prize will be provided in the form of Riverton Forum Shopping Centre gift card. Standard gift card
terms and conditions apply.
18. The prize can only be taken as supplied and cannot be exchanged or modified, transferred to
another person.
19. The winner must attend Centre Management at Riverton Forum Shopping Centre of Corner High
Rd & Willeri Drive, Riverton Western Australia 6148 with photo identification and their receipt as
part of prize verification.
20. Riverton Forum Shopping Centre holds the right to re-schedule the competition due to
unforeseen circumstances such as but not limited to government restrictions.
21. Riverton Forum Shopping Centre, JLL and Elanor Investors Group accept no responsibility for any
loss or damage resulting from the award, non-award or use of the prize, or from any variation in the
value of the prize.
22. The winning individual must adhere to these terms and conditions.
23. Employees of JLL, Elanor Investors Group, retailers and contractors from Riverton Forum
Shopping Centre and their immediate families as well as the agencies associated with this promotion
are ineligible for entry.
24. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
25. Eligibility is subject to the terms and conditions of entry and any decisions made by Centre
Management will be final. No other correspondence will be entered into.
26. Riverton Forum Shopping Centre, JLL and Elanor Investors Group shall not be liable for any loss or
damage whatsoever suffered (including, but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any
personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking the prize, except for any liability which
cannot be excluded by law.
27. All entries become the property of Riverton Forum Shopping Centre. Riverton Forum Shopping
Centre may use the name, address and other personal information provided by the entrant. Should
you opt to receive promotional information from the centre, your information may be securely
stored by a third party specifically for that purpose.
28. The Centre Manager’s (or a representative) decision will be final, and no discussions or
correspondence will be entered into
