Terms & Conditions

The prize is to be a free seat on the Birdsville Races Karrabee tour in September 2024 and includes all accommodation, food, and some activities. The prize excludes extras or options or upgrades.

Employees and family of employees of the business are excluded from entering the competition.

Entry is limited to one per person.

Entrants enter the competition by answering the questions and submitting the form.

The competition is open from May 21st 2024 to June 30th 2024.

The draw will occur on 30th June 2024 and the winner will be announced on that date and informed directly phone and email and announced to the public.

If the winner cannot be reasonably contacted within seven days of the draw another winner will be selected.

The winner of the competition agrees that they may be asked and not unreasonably refuse to promote the competition, including being photographed and interviewed and that they agree that we can use their name, image and likeness for the purpose of announcing the winner to the public and in any articles or social media posts promoting the competition.

You may be disqualified if you are found to breach the competition terms and conditions.

The entrant acknowledges and agrees that if the Prize or Promotion Prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to State and Territory legislation.
