Entrants and any companions (if applicable) must be: 18 years of age or over.
7. Maximum Number

Entrants may enter the Promotion as many times as they wish, however, entrants may only win one (1)
Prize each.
For the avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise expressly stated, entrants may only win one (1) Prize each
in the Promotion.
8. Entry Method

Entrants may enter the Promotion in either or both of the following ways:
Website Entry
During the Promotion Period entrants must visit the Website, complete the online entry form, register
their details in the manner required and answer in 25 words or less the question:
“In 25 words or less, what exciting celebration do you have coming up?”
AND/OR
Nova Player App Entry
During the Promotion Period entrants must download the Nova Player App, register their details,
complete the entry form for the Promotion under the ‘win’ tab in the manner required and answer in 25
words or less the question:
“In 25 words or less, what exciting celebration do you have coming up?”
All valid Website and Nova Player App Entries received during the Promotion Period will be individually
judged by representatives of the Promoter based on the Judging Criteria.
The Promoter will select up to fifty (50) entries deemed to be the ‘best’ (based on the Judging Criteria,
in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) and will award each of those entrants a Prize.
9. Entry Restrictions Personal Contact Number
Entrants in the Promotion must nominate a personal mobile number or home phone number (and not a
business number) (Personal Contact Number) and may receive a phone call from a representative of
the Promoter (on their Personal Contact Number) between the following timeframe (or such other time
specified by the Promoter) and in accordance with the requirements outlined in the Entry Method:
9: am AEST and 12:00pm AEST on Tuesday 18 June 2024
If a third party answers an entrant’s Personal Contact Number, that entrant will not be eligible for a
Prize as determined by the Promoter in its absolute and sole discretion.
For the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter, it does not
mean they have been selected as an entrant or a winner (where applicable) and they may not be
invited to appear on-air or participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge or be awarded a Prize
(where applicable).
10. Judging

All valid entries will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole
and absolute discretion) by 9:00am AEST Tuesday 18 June 2024 at the Promoter’s premises. All valid
entries will be judged based on the Judging Criteria.
11. Judging Criteria

All valid entries will be judged (by representatives of the Promoter) on originality, creativity and
suitability or as otherwise specified by the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion).
12. Prize

Prize
There are fifty (50) prizes to be won, comprising of:
• One (1) Coles discount code to the value of AUD $200 (incl. GST) (Code)
13. Prize Restrictions

Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
Prize winners will be subject to the terms and conditions of the Prize supplier.
Each Code can only be redeemed online with a minimum spend of AUD $50. Prize winners must use
the Code in one (1) transaction. If the value of the transaction is less than AUD $200, then the
remaining value of the Code will be forfeited.
