WIN A SIGNED JOHN JOHN FLORENCE BOARD COMPETITION

This competition is open to all Surfboard Empire, YETI and Florence customers who have entered the relevant and necessary details requested on the entry form.

This competition is open to Australian customers only.

Employees of Surfboard Empire, YETI, Florence and, their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates or other parties, in any way involved in the development, production, or distribution of this competition, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members of each such employee and/or authors, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.

This competition will commence at 00:00 AEST Thursday 23rd May 2024 and all entries must be received by 23:59 AEST on 4th July, 2024. 3rd Rail Distribution, which includes Surfboard Empire, YETI and Florence accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach the Promoter by the relevant closing date for any reason.

To enter, entrants must agree to provide Surfboard Empire, Florence and YETI with their full name, email address, postcode, phone number and date of birth. Entrants must also agree that they have read the terms and conditions and also agree to join the Surfboard Empire, Florence and YETI databases.

This is a game of chance with a random draw, and no skill is required to enter.

The winner must be 18+ years or older, and all guests must be 18+ or older to attend.

There is one winner only. The prize for the Major Prize winner is a signed John John Florence Surfboard, $1,500AUD worth of Florence product and $1,500AUD worth of YETI product. The total prize is valued at AUD $4,500AUD.

The total prize pool is valued at $4,500AUD.

The competition will be drawn 5th July at the 3rd Rail Distribution Headquarters. 22/55 Ourimbah Road, Tweed Heads, NSW 2485 at 1:00pm.

The winner will be notified via email from an official Surfboard Empire email address (@surfboardempire.com.au) on the 5th July, 2024. The Major Prize Winner must claim their prizes within 30 days of the Promoter sending the email. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules via a draw held 4th August 2024 at 1:00pm at the above mentioned 3rd Rail Distribution office.

The winner will be announced on the Surfboard Empire Instagram (@surfboardempire) after the draw on 5th July 2024 at 1pm.

If the winner does not claim the prize in accordance with the details in point 15. above, the new winner will be announced on the Surfboard Empire Instagram (@surfboardempire) after the redraw on 4th August 2024 at 1pm.

The winner of the unclaimed prize pool will be notified via email from an official Surfboard Empire email address (@surfboardempire.com.au) on the 4th August, 2024.

The Promoter’s decision is final.

The prize is non-transferrable and no cash alternative will be offered.

If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.

By entering the competition each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
