The Fortitude Valley pub is transforming into a spectacularly snowy winter wonderland during its 2024 Snow Week.
From Tuesday June 25 to Monday July 1, more than 50 tonnes of real snow will fill the venue alongside frosty festivities of all sorts! This year’s events include the Retro Ski Party, which will be cranking up the nostalgia and transforming the Garden Bar into a late 80s and early 90s dance haven. Bust out your fluoro jackets and get ready to boogie to the disco hits of Sydney-based duo Groove City. There’s also the coolest party of the year – the Après Ski Party – where you can sip delectable cocktails under the falling snow featuring a DJ set from The Potbelleez. This is just a fraction of the fun so to get the scoop on a brrrrrrilliant week of art installations, specialised menus, roaming performers and more. To celebrate Snow Week, The Weekend Edition has partnered with The Prince Consort to give away two VIP experiences. The two lucky winners and their five nearest and dearest will party the night away at either Retro Ski Party on Friday June 28 or the Après Ski Party on Saturday June 29.
