Who can enter?

Only Australian residents who are aged 18 or over.

Who can't enter?

Directors, officers, management and employees (and their immediate families) of:

the Promoter;
Immediate Pty Ltd (Immediate);
Coles Supermarkets Pty Ltd; and
the agencies, companies, contractors or participating premises associated with this competition.
Where will the competition run?

The competition will run in participating Coles stores (including Coles Local and Coles online) (Stores) in Australia. Excludes Coles Express/VIVA.

For the avoidance of doubt, warehouses servicing Coles online are considered Stores, for the purpose of this competition.

Qualifying Purchase

A specially marked CADBURY DAIRY MILK or CADBURY CARAMILK block (from the list below) from a Store:

For the avoidance of doubt, a Qualifying Purchase can only be made during the Competition Period.

Entry instructions: You must, during the Competition Period:

make a Qualifying Purchase from a Store and collect your itemised purchase receipt;
open the packaging of the Qualifying Purchase product to see if a promotional winning Gold, Silver or Bronze ticket is inside (and, if so, this is a Winning Ticket); and
if you have a Winning Ticket, follow the instructions outlined below to claim your instant prize (corresponding to the ticket type, being either Gold, Silver or Bronze) before the Claim Date; or
if you do not have a Winning Ticket, you may be eligible to be drawn from an unclaimed prize draw which will only occur if all of the Winning Tickets are not claimed before the Claim Date. In order to be eligible to be drawn from the unclaimed prize draw (if it occurs), visit the Website, locate the entry page and fill out and submit the entry form in accordance with the instructions provided, including by uploading a clear image of the Qualifying Purchase receipt and providing all other requested information.
If your Qualifying Purchase has a Winning Ticket, to claim the instant win prize corresponding to that ticket type (Gold, Silver or Bronze) you must, by 11.59pm (AEDT) on 10/12/2024 (Claim Date), visit the Website, locate the claim page and fill out and submit the online claim form in accordance with the instructions provided, including by providing the unique code on the Winning Ticket, uploading an image of the Qualifying Purchase receipt, uploading a clear image of the Winning Ticket showing the entirety of the unique code, uploading an image of the back of the Qualifying Purchase pack showing the batch code and product barcode (as shown on the claim form), and providing all other requested information. Winners will be required to provide details of a valid Australian bank account in order to claim their instant prize After the Claim Date, Winning Tickets will be void and cannot be used to claim an instant prize.

Your purchase receipt must clearly identify the Store where the Qualifying Purchase was made (including Store number and location), the product/s purchased (which must be a Qualifying Purchase) and the date/time of purchase (which must be during the Competition Period and before you submitted your claim/entry). The Qualifying Purchase receipt may include purchases made from a Store via delivery partners (eg Door Dash, Uber etc) subject to verification by the Promoter in its discretion.

If you have a Winning Ticket, the purchase receipt must match the Promoter's records in terms of where a Qualifying Purchase containing a Winning Ticket was available at that time. The Winning Ticket must be a genuine Winning Ticket and must clearly show the unique code in its entirety (as specified on the claim form).

The Promoter is not responsible if your mobile device/desktop is not sufficiently capable for the purpose of submitting a claim/entry, including having the requisite photograph capability.

All instant prize claims/entries will be verified by the Promoter (Verification).

The specially marked CADBURY blocks containing the Gold, Silver and Bronze Winning Tickets will be distributed to randomly selected Stores throughout the Competition Period, as selected by a computerised random system at Immediate, 111/87 Gladstone Street, South Melbourne VIC 3206 (Immediate).

Each instant prize will be awarded via EFT to the winner's nominated Australian bank account within 28 business days from receipt of bank details. The Promoter is not liable if a winner does not provide the correct bank details.

How many times can I enter?

You can only enter up to a maximum of 5 times per household (based on residential address) for the entire Competition Period.

You can claim multiple instant win prizes, provided each claim corresponds to a unique Winning Ticket. Each claim must be submitted separately in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

How and when will the instant winner/s be informed?

After Verification, instant winners will be notified in writing by email within four business days of Verification and will have their first initial, surname and the Store they made their purchase in published on the Website within two business days of Verification for a minimum period of 28 days.

Proof of purchase

You must keep the following as proof of purchase for all claims/entries:

original itemised purchase receipt(s) (clearly showing Qualifying Purchase product, date and time of purchase, Store address and Store number); and
Winning Ticket/s (if found) (intact and clearly showing the unique number in its entirety as submitted with your claim); and
if you have found a Winning Ticket/s, the Promotional packaging of that Qualifying Purchase.
If you don't produce the above proof of purchase for all claims/entries when asked, the Promoter may disqualify all of your claims/entries and you will lose any right to a prize.

Proof of purchase must be identical to that provided by you with your claim/entry.

If, in the Promoter's opinion based on the available information, you have shared any proof of purchase with another person, or if you have benefitted from the sharing of proof of purchase in any way, all relevant claims/entries will be invalid and all relevant persons will lose any right to a prize.

Unclaimed prize draw

Claim Date: 11.59pm (AEDT) on 10/12/2024.

Unclaimed prize determination: 11am (AEDT) on 17/12/2024 at Immediate.

If any instant win prize is un-won or not claimed by the Claim Date, an unclaimed prize draw will be held as per the details above, in order to randomly distribute any such unclaimed/un-won prizes (in descending order of value) amongst valid entrants. For clarity, if all instant win prizes are won and claimed by the Claim Date, the unclaimed prize draw will not be conducted.

The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries in the unclaimed prize draw and record them in order in case the winning entry/entrant in the draw is deemed invalid by the Promoter and/or the winner cannot be contacted by the Promoter after making all reasonable attempts.

Any winner/s in the unclaimed prize draw will be informed in writing by email within four business days of determination, and will have their first initial, surname and the Store they made their purchase in published on the Website on 19/12/2024 for a minimum period of 28 days.

If a winner in the unclaimed prize draw has not accepted or claimed their prize by 12pm (AEDT) on 20/01/2025 or if, after making all reasonable attempts, the Promoter can't contact a winner (or a winner does not contact the Promoter) by 12pm (AEDT) on 20/01/2025, the relevant entry/ies will be discarded, and the Promoter will forfeit the prize/s from the prize pool.

If any prize remains un-won at the end of this promotion, or if a prize winner cannot be found, that information will be published on the Website on 24/01/2025.

Collection and use of your personal information

If you are a winner, you must take part in all publicity, photography and other promotional activity as the Promoter requires, without any compensation. You consent to the Promoter using your name and image in any promotional or advertising activity.

The Promoter may collect your personal information directly or through its agents or contractors. The Promoter will use your personal information to conduct and manage the competition. The Promoter may disclose your personal information to its related companies, agents and contractors to assist in conducting this competition, communicating with you or storing data. This may include disclosures to organisations outside Australia including in places such as New Zealand, Switzerland, Singapore, United Kingdom and the United States of America.

By entering, you consent to receive email or SMS messages from the Promoter without any functional unsubscribe facility if they relate primarily to the conduct of this competition. The Promoter's Privacy Policy (see au.mondelezinternational.com/privacy-policy) includes information about :
