TERMS AND CONDITIONS
WIN A Share of $2500.00*
WIN a Studio Pilates class, coffee date and $500 shopping.

1. The Promoter is Oasis JV Pty Limited ACN as trustee for Oasis JV Unit Trust (the “Promoter”), The
Oasis, 75 Surf Parade, Broadbeach QLD 4218.
2. The promotion is called WIN A Share of $2500.00* “(the “Promotion”). Participation in this
Promotion constitutes acceptance of, and agreement to be bound by, these Terms and Conditions.
3. Promotion commences 9.00pm local Queensland time on Monday 20th May 2024 and entries
close 4:00pm local Queensland time on Friday 24th June 2024 the “promotional period”).
4. Entry into the Promotion is open to all residents of Australia. Employees of the Promoter and its
related parties, the proprietors and staff of companies involved in the production, publishing and
administration of this Promotion and their immediate family and The Oasis retailers and staff and
members of their immediate family are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
5. To be eligible to enter the Promotion, entrants must:
Sign up to The Oasis data base.
6. The Promoter reserves the right to, at any time and in its sole discretion:
a. verify the validity of entries and entrants (including entrant’s identity, age and place of
residence);
b. disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms
and Conditions or who tampers with the entry processes;
c. disqualify incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries; and
d. withdraw or cancel this promotion at any time without notice.
Failure by the promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of
those rights.
7. Multiple entries permitted, subject to the entries being submitted separately and in accordance
with entry requirements.
8. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. The total prize pool is valued at $2500.00 each prize winner receives a voucher for one oasis
fashion retailer valued at $500.00 at the Promoter’s discretion (“the prize”), being a minimum of
1 prizes a per person during the promotional period.
10. All prizes included in the prize pool must be taken as offered and cannot be redeemed or exchanged
for cash and must be used on the 29th of June 2024, the prize is only valid for the prize winner and
is not transferable.
11. If the winner does not contact The Promoter via Centre Management to claim their prize within
one working day, Centre Management will attempt to contact the winner again. If no response has
been received by 5:00 pm the next day, the prize will be redrawn. This process will be repeated
until the prize has been redeemed.

12. All prizes must be collected from The Oasis by the selected winners on the 29th of June and each
winner is contacted in accordance with clause 13 of these Terms and Conditions.
13. The winner will be notified email and the winner’s names will be published on The Oasis
Shopping Centre’s social.
14. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably
anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter
reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any
entrant; (b) subject to any written discretions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend,
terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate.
15. Except for any liability that cannot be executed by law, the Promoter (including its officers,
employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury, or
any loss or damage (including, loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or
consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited, where arising
out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not
under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c)
any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after
their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;
(d) any variation in prize value to that stated in the Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability
incurred by a winner or entrant; (f) use of a prize
16. The Promoter collects personal information to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose,
disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service
providers, prize suppliers and, as required to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is condition
on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise
advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling
purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should
direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become
the property of the Promoter. The Promoter will be providing the information to Sofitel
Broadbeach, Broadbeach F45, Broadbeach Studio Pilates and Club Lime Broadbeach.
17. If the Promoter collects personal information during the course of the promotion, the Promoter
may disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors,
service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. It is a
condition of participating in the promotion that Customers provide the personal information
requested and consent to the use of their personal information as specified in these Terms and
Conditions. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, use the information for promotional,
marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or
telephoning the Customer, for example with offers directly related to The Oasis. A Customer may
opt out of receiving further communications of this nature from the Promoter by contacting the
Promoter. Customers should direct any request to access, update or correct information by
writing to the Privacy Officer, Abacus Property Services Pty Limited ABN 050 739 001 as
property manager for The Oasis, level 34, 264-278 George Street, Sydney NSW 2000. All claims
become the property of the Promoter.
18. If all or any part of any term or condition contained in these Terms and Conditions shall be
declared or become unenforceable, invalid or illegal for any reason, such term or provision (or
part thereof) shall be deemed severed from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining

19. The prize is subject to availability and can be altered at the Promoter’s or relevant retailer’s
discretion.
