Entry into the Promotion commences at: 9:00AM AEST Monday 17 June 2024.
Entry into the Promotion closes at: 11:59PM AEST Sunday 30 June 2024.

Eligible States: New South Wales & Vic.

Entrants and any companions (if applicable) must be: 18 years of age or over.

8. Maximum Number of Entries:

Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish however each entry must be submitted via a separate entry and must independently comply with these Competition Terms of Entry.
For the avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise expressly stated, entrants may only win one (1) Prize each
in the Promotion.
9. Entry Method
Clause 3
Entrants may enter the Promotion in either or both of the following ways:
Website Entry
During the Promotion Period entrants must visit the Website, fully complete the online entry form and
register their details in the manner required.

Nova Player App Entry
During the Promotion Period entrants must download the Nova Player App, register their details, and
complete the entry form for the Promotion under the ‘win’ tab in the manner required.

Draw
All valid Website and Nova Player App Entries received during the Promotion Period will be placed into
a draw, as set out below under Draw Details.
The Promoter will conduct the draw in accordance with the Draw Details below.

Terms of Entry
Clause 4 • By 11:59AM AEST Monday 1 July 2024 at the Promoter’s premises for NSW entrants.
• By 11:59AM AEST Monday 1 July 2024 at the Promoter’s premises for VIC entrants.
The first valid entry from NSW drawn will be awarded a Prize.
The first valid entry from Victoria drawn will be awarded a Prize.
12. Prize
Clauses 8 - 15
There is up to two (2) Prizes to be won, each comprising of:
• two (2) x adult economy return airfares for the winner and one (1) companion from Sydney
International airport to Manilla, Philippines (inclusive of airfare related taxes and charges), on
a date to be confirmed and specified by the Prize supplier at the time of winning, valued at
up to AUD $1,300 (incl. GST) per person).
• two (2) x adult economy return airfares for the winner and one (1) companion from
Melbourne International airport to Manilla, Philippines (inclusive of airfare related taxes and
charges), on a date to be confirmed and specified by the Prize supplier at the time of
winning, valued at up to AUD $1,450 (incl. GST) per person).
13. Prize Restrictions
Clauses 8 - 15
Entrants and their companion/s (where applicable) must be able to take the Prize on a date to be
agreed upon with the Prize supplier after consultation with the Prize winner. Dates and schedules of the
Prize are not under the Promoter’s control and the Promoter takes no responsibility for any date or
schedule changes.
Winners and their companions are subject to the Prize supplier’s terms and conditions, including but not
limited to any ticket terms and conditions.
Winners must make their own way to and from the departure/arrival airport and any accommodation.
There is no transfer component included as part of the Prize.
14. Total Prize Value Up to AUD $5,500(incl GST).

18. Unclaimed Prize

The unclaimed prize draw will be conducted at 5:00PM AEST Friday 4 October 2024 at the Promoter’s
premises.
19. Prize Delivery
Clause 8
The Promoter will provide the winner's details to the Prize supplier to facilitate the delivery of the Prize.
20. Additional
Conditions
Prize values are based on recommended retail prices and are correct at the date of publication of
these promotion terms and conditions (inclusive of GST). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any
change in Prize value between now and the ultimate date individual Prizes are taken.
