3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

6. The competition will be run through the competition platform Gleam.
7. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. There are multiple formats to enter the competition through Gleam. Submitting multiple entry formats results in a potential higher chance of winning. Limit of ONE prize per winner
8. Closing date for entry will be Jul 28th, 2024 at 11:59PM GMT+1. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted, including verification emails.
9. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
10. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:
The Promoter on the Contest Page will provide a list of action (“Actions”) that may be performed in order to gain entry into the Contest. The entrant must complete all the mandatory listed actions found on the Contest Page during the Contest Period in order to enter the Contest.
11. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

13. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
15. Winners will be chosen:
At random by Gleam competition platform, from all entries received and verified by Promoter and or its agents. Randomly chosen winner through Gleam must have submitted email verification (50 words) to contest@sapphiretech.com telling us about the game you look forward to playing this month and must be sent from the email used to complete Gleam entries. Email must match with Gleam entries.
16. The winner will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
17. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered. The winner is solely responsible for all applicable local shipping taxes and for any costs, expenses and charges not included in the prize description in the Competition Information.
18. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
19. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
20. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by [EU] law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [EU].
21. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. SAPPHIRE Technology‘s decision as to those able to take part and selection of winners is final. No correspondence relating to the competition will be entered into.
