Win an EBCO eBike
TVS eBike ANZ - Online Competition Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter: The promoter of this competition is TVS eBike ANZ Pty Ltd (referred to
as "the Promoter").
2. Competition Period: The competition begins on June 3, 2024, and ends on July
31, 2024 ("Competition Period").
3. Eligibility: This competition is open to individuals of all ages. However, please
note that the prize, an ebike, is available for collection only in Sydney, Australia.
Therefore, participants must be able to collect the prize from Sydney. Employees
of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
4. Entry: To enter the competition, participants must complete the online entry form
available at https://www.swissemobility.com.au/pages/win-an-ebco-ebike
during the Competition Period. Only one entry per person is permitted.
5. Prize: The winner will have their choice of one of the following ebike models:
EBCO Street 2, Urban 3L, or Urban 3R, subject to availability. The approximate
retail value of the prize ranges from $1899 to $2599 depending on the model
chosen.
6. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected via a random draw conducted by
the Promoter at the end of the Competition Period.
7. Notification: The winner will be notified via email within seven days of the draw.
The winner must respond to the notification within fourteen days to claim the
prize. If the winner fails to respond within this timeframe, the Promoter reserves
the right to select an alternative winner.
8. Delivery: The prize must be collected by the winner from a location in Sydney,
Australia, as specified by the Promoter. Collection is free of charge. However, if
the winner wishes to have the ebike delivered within Greater Sydney, a delivery
fee of $50 will apply.
9. Disqualification: Participants found to have provided false information or to have
submitted multiple entries will be disqualified from the competition.
10. Disputes: Any disputes or complaints related to the competition should be
directed to the Promoter and will be handled by their team in Australia.
11. Legal Compliance: This competition is governed by the laws of Australia.
12. Modification: The Promoter reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition
at any time without prior notice.
13. Privacy: Personal information collected for the purpose of this competition will be
handled in accordance with the Promoter's privacy policy which can be found at
https://www.swissemobility.com.au/pages/privacy-policy
14. Agreement: Participation in the competition constitutes acceptance of these
Terms and Conditions.
