Eligible entrants:

Entry is only open to Australian who are 16 years and over. Entrants under the age of 18 must have parent or legal guardian approval to enter.

How to Enter:

To enter the Promotion, the entrant must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:

a) purchase a Participating Product (outlined in Annexure A below) from any Subway® restaurant within Australia displaying advertising for this Promotion (“Participating Venues”); and
b) visit the promotional website (by scanning the QR code advertised in-restaurant) and fully complete and submit the online entry form with their personal details (first name, last name, email address and phone number) and the barcode number(s) of the participating product(s) purchased.

Proof of Purchase: The entrant must retain proof of purchase. The proof of purchase required is the product barcode number for the qualifying product purchased (for in-restaurant purchases).

Entries permitted:

Multiple entries permitted subject to the following:

a) limit four (4) entries permitted per person per day;
b) limit one (1) prize permitted per person (excluding SA);
c) maximum of two (2) entries permitted per qualifying transaction; and
d) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with the entry instructions above.

Prize Conditions:

The winner is responsible for all other unspecified costs related to the prize, including any costs associated with redeeming, ongoing use of the voucher and including but not limited to internet or telecommunications services, etc. Any unused balance of the eGift card will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of the eGift card is subject to any further terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the eGift card.

Winner notification:

The winners will be contacted by email and phone within seven (7) days of the draw. The winners will be published at https://www.win1000aday.com.au/winners by 19/08/24.

Unclaimed Prizes:

Prizes must be claimed by 14/10/24 at 12:00 pm AEST. In the event of an unclaimed prize, the prize will be redrawn on 15/10/24 at 12:00 pm AEST at Adlab, 87 Kensington Road Norwood SA 5067. The winners of the redraw will be notified by email and phone within seven (7) days of the redraw. The winners will be notified publicly (and their details published) at https://www.win1000aday.com.au/winners by 22/10/24.

If there are no prize winner/s or winner/s for this Promotion cannot be found, this information will be published at https://www.win1000aday.com.au/winners.
