    Instructions, prizes and information on how to enter form part of these conditions of entry. By entering, entrants accept these conditions of entry.
    The Promoter is Mulpha Sanctuary Cove Marine Village Pty Ltd ACN 098 660 372, address is Jabiru House, Masthead Way, Sanctuary Cove, Queensland, Australia 4212.
    The Promotional Period begins at 9:00 AEST on 18 July 2024 and concludes at 14:00 AEST on 9 August 2024. Winners will be randomly drawn from all entries and notified on 09 August 2024.
    For an entry to be valid, you must complete the following steps:
        Spend $100 or more in a single transaction at any retailer between 18 July & 09 August 2024
        Complete an entry form in store. Required fields – your first and last name, email address, phone number, postal code, name of the store where you made your purchase, date of purchase and amount spent. If you do not supply all the Mandatory Information, your entry will be deemed invalid.
        Place your entry form in the entry box at the point of sale
        Keep your receipt as proof of payment
    There is a total of 5 double tickets available for the competition. Each single ticket is valued at $475, total prize value per winner is $950. Tickets are valid for Saturday, 17 August 2024 only and include a private, sand-free retreat at The Paradise Lounge x Hype Paradiso (in the Soul Building) including a dining experience and 4-hour beverage package at the 2024 Pacific Airshow. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter reserves the right to change the prize to one of the same or equal value at any time if the prize becomes unavailable.
    The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and the identification of entrants. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these conditions of entry.
