This Schedule together with the Terms of Entry constitute the Competition Terms of Entry for the Promotion. Please read the Terms
of Entry attached to this Schedule which applies to the Promotion.

Entrants and any companions (if applicable) must be: 18 years of age or over.
7. Maximum Number
of Entries

Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish however each entry must be submitted via a
separate entry and must independently comply with these Competition Terms of Entry.
For the avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise expressly stated, entrants may only win one (1) Prize each
in the Promotion.
8. Entry Method

Website Entry
During the Promotion Period entrants must visit the Website, complete the online entry form, register
their details in the manner required and answer in 25 words or less the question:
“Who would you take on a surprise trip and why?”

Nova Player App Entry
During the Promotion Period entrants must download the Nova Player App, register their details,
complete the entry form for the Promotion under the ‘win’ tab in the manner required and answer in 25
words or less the question:
“Who would you take on a surprise trip and why?”
All valid Website and Nova Player App Entries received during the Promotion Period will be individually
judged by representatives of the Promoter based on the Judging Criteria.
The Promoter will select up to one [1] entry deemed to be the ‘best’ (based on the Judging Criteria, in
the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) and will award each of those entrants a Prize.
9. Entry Restrictions For the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter, it does not
mean they have been selected as an entrant or a winner (where applicable).
10. Judging

All valid entries will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole
and absolute discretion) by 5:30pm AEDT Tuesday 13 August 2024 at the Promoter’s premises. All valid
entries will be judged based on the Judging Criteria.
11. Judging Criteria
Clause 4
All valid entries will be judged (by representatives of the Promoter) on originality, creativity and
suitability or as otherwise specified by the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion).
Where entrants are required to participate in a challenge or on-air game (if applicable), the Promoter
may specify the relevant judging criteria prior to or at the time of the challenge or on-air game.
12. Prize

Cruise Prize
The Cruise Prize comprises of the following components:
• One [1] thirteen-day cruise of Fiji and the South Pacific Princess, Standard Princess Voyage
1508, in a Mini Suite Quad Share for four [4] guests, to be shared by the winner and three (3)
companions (aged 18 years of age or older), departing Sydney, Australia on Sunday 16
March 2025, including complimentary dining in select venues and entertainment, along with
Princess Cruise’s MedallionClass Experience (valued at up to AUD $8,298.00 (incl GST))
(Cruise).
The Cruise Prize is valued at up to $8,298 (incl. GST).
Travel Prize
If a Prize winner ordinarily resides in VIC, QLD, SA or WA, the winner will be awarded a Travel Prize.
This Travel Prize will comprise of:
• Four (4) return economy flights from winner & their three (3) companion/s from the winner’s
nearest capitol city to Sydney (valued at up to AUD $1,930 (incl. GST));
• Return transfers for winner and three (3) companion/s from the destination-airport to cruise
departure point (valued at up to AUD $70 (incl. GST)).
The Travel Prize is valued at up to AUD $2,000 (incl. GST).
For the avoidance of doubt, a winner in NSW will not be awarded a Travel Prize.
Transfer Prize
If a Prize winner ordinarily resides in the Sydney metropolitan area (within 50km of the CBD), the winner
will be awarded a Transfer Prize.
The Transfer Prize will comprise of:
• Return transfers for winner and three (3) companion/s from the winner’s ordinary place of
residence to the cruise departure point (valued at up to AUD $70 (incl. GST)).
The Transfer Prize is valued at up to AUD $70 (incl. GST).
13. Prize Restrictions
Clauses 8 - 15
Prize must be taken on certain dates.
Entrants and their companion/s (where applicable) must be able to take the Prize between 4pm on
Sunday 16 March 2025 to Saturday 29 March 2025. Dates and schedules of the Prize are not under the
Promoter’s control and are subject to change. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any date or
schedule changes.
If for any reason the winner does not take part of the prize at the time specified for the Prize Supplier,
then it will be considered forfeited, and no compensation will be awarded. To redeem prize, the Prize
winner must travel and cannot sell, transfer, or give away any part of the prize, and cannot redeem it
for cash. Prizes cannot be substituted and cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
Valid Australian Passport is required.
Entrants and their companion/s must be the holder of a current Australian passport.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
In the event that for any reason whatsoever the Prize winners do not or are not able to take the Prizes
at the time stipulated by the Promoter for any reason, including but not limited to COVID-19, the Prize
will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the Prize.
Winners and their companions are subject to the Prize supplier’s terms and conditions, including but not
limited to any Terms and Conditions for cruise bookings, any boarding requirements, and passage
contracts.
The winner and their three (3) companions must be 18 years of age or older.
Prize Details
The layout of the Mini Suite Quad Share is to be determined by the Prize Supplier prior to the date of
the commencement of the Cruise, however will include either a queen bed or two single beds, and a
sofa bed. The winner and three (3) companions will stay in one cabin for the duration of the Cruise.
14. Total Prize Value Up to AUD $10, 298 (incl GST).

17. Prize Delivery

The Prize will be emailed to the winner's nominated email address by the Prize supplier of the
Promotion.
18. Additional
Conditions
Prize values are based on recommended retail prices and are correct at the date of publication of
these promotion terms and conditions (inclusive of GST). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any
change in Prize value between now and the ultimate date individual Prizes are taken.
Prize Winner’s Responsibility
The Prize winner and travel companions are responsible for all other expenses and documentation
(unless specified) where applicable, including: spending money, additional meals at Specialty restaurants, beverages, shore tours, transfers, laundry charges, extra activities, incidentals, gratuities, charges to use facilities, in-room charges, passports, visas, vaccinations, travel insurance
