Conditions of Entry
1. The promotion is conducted by the Panthers Bathurst under Penrith Rugby League Club Limited (ABN 57
000 578 398) 132 Piper Street Bathurst NSW 2795. Telephone number (02) 6330 0600.
1. The promotion operates from Monday 15t h of July 2024 through to Friday 9th of August 2024.
2. Promotion is open to current financial members, life members and permanent members and excludes
Directors, Management, Staff, contractors and their employees of the Club and related companies.
3. The promotion comprises of 5 (five) draws.
4. This promotion is a virtual draw and communicated from Monday 15t h of July 2024. There are 5
(five) winners for this promotion. The dates of these draws are as followed:
Friday 19th of July 2024
Friday 26th of July 2024
Friday 2nd August 2024
Friday 9th of August 2024
Friday 16th August 2024
5. The draws are held at the Panthers Bathurst premises (132 Piper Street Bathurst NSW 2795)
andcommunicated from Friday 19th of August 2024 until Friday 16th of August 2024.
6. It is the responsibility of the member to ensure their details on the membership data base are current for when
we contact them on Friday the 19th of July, Friday 26th of July, Friday 2nd of August, Friday 9th of August and
Friday 16th of August 2024.
Entry to draws
1. Entry is gained by a member making a purchase of Canadian Club products these include Canadian Club
Schooner, Canadian Club and Dry Bottle or Canadian Club and Cola Bottle.
2. This promotion is available at any 132 Piper Street bar, these include Players Bar, Sports Bar
and 132 Piper Street Bistro.
3. Members must present their club membership card to the clerk at the time of purchase to be swiped
through the POS system. On doing this, the till will issue an entry ticket.
4. Entries will be automatically placed in the virtual barrel for this promotion.
5. Member are entitled to multiple entries per transaction per day from Monday 15th of July 2024.
6. Tickets will be generated as followed:
1. 1x Schooner of Canadian Club = 1 x stubby cooler + 1x entry to win a jumper
2. 1x Bottle of Canadian Club and Dry or Cola = 1 x stubby cooler + 1x entry to win a jumper
3. 2x Schooners of Canadian Club = 1x scarf + 1x entry to win a jumper
4. 2x Bottles of Canadian Club and Dry or Cola = 1x scarf + 1x entry to win a jumper

(ii) Draw
1. A virtual barrel will take place at Panthers Bathurst (132 Piper Street, Bathurst, NSW, 2895) at 12:00pm
AEST pm Friday 19th July, Friday 26th July, Friday 2nd August, Friday 9th August Friday 16th August 2024.
2. 1 (one) winner will be drawn and contacted within 3 working days of the draw via telephone, email or mail.
General
1. Each site will be allocated a specific number of prize packs supplied by Coca Cola, with one (1)
Canadian Club Winter prize pack per site including
a. Panthers Bathurst: 50 Scarves (valued at $50 each), 250 stubbies (valued at $19.99 each) and 5
Jackets (valued at $89.99 each).
2. The Club collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose,
disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers,
prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this
information. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Club. All
entries become the property of the Club.
3. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Club reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to
determine the identity of the entrant.
4. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably

anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Club, the Club reserves the right, in its sole
discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written
directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as
appropriate.
5. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Club (including its officers, employees and
agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage
(including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out ofthe
Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or
equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Club’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorized access or third
party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether
or not after their receipt by the Club) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Club; (d)
any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by
a winner or entrant; or (f) use of a prize.
6. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this
promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
7. Entry is open to New South Wales residents aged 18 years or over who are fully financial members of the Club
including proposed members and excluding barred/suspended, Directors, management and employees
of the Club and its related companies and its marketing agencies are not eligible to participate in the
Promotion and shall be ineligible for any prize covered herein. Entrants acknowledge that the Club is not liable
for reimbursement of any prizes otherwise payable to eligible entrants who are in violation of this provision.
8. The Club reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s
identity, age, membership status and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant whose entry is not
in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and
omissions may be accepted at the Club's discretion. Failure by the Club to enforce any of its rights at any stage
does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
