St Marys Village Father’s Day Competition 2024 Terms and Conditions
Eligibility
• Entrants must be over 18 years of age or older to be eligible.
• Entry is open to all eligible customers who spend $30 or more in a single transaction at
one of the specialty stores listed below or $100 from Woolworths:
A & Z Barber Shop, Bakers Delight, BWS, CaJe Cherry Beans, Chatime, Chop Butchery,
Diamond Phones, Donut King, Doves Jewellers, EB Games, Exotic Indian Beauty, Fresh Nails,
Gloria Jeans, Hong Kong Village, Hua's Massage, King of the Pack, Kota Sushi, Lowes, Modo
Handbags, Optus, Pollen Palace, Priceline Pharmacy, Professionail, Red Lea Chickens,
Rockmans, Smart Dollar, Specsavers, St Marys Fish & Chips, St Marys Fresh Fruit Market, Toros
Kebab, Village Centre Newsagency, Vodafone, Wasim's Hair Salon.
• Employees, immediate family members of employees, employees of ANY company
associated with the promotion are ineligible to enter.
Entry
• The promotion for the draw commences at 9.00am on Friday 16th August 2024 and
entries close at 5.00pm on Sunday 1st September 2024.
• To enter, entrants must:
• Spend $30 or more in one transaction at any specialty retailer or $100 at Woolworths;
• Scan the QR code or visit the St Marys Village website competition page;
• Complete the online competition form and upload a photo of their receipt by 5.00pm on
Sunday 1st September 2024.
• Eligible customers can enter the competition multiple times ensuring they scan and use
the QR code completing an entry and upload a diJerent receipt.
Prizes and winning
• The random prize draw will take place within 2 days of the completion of the draw at St
Marys Village – Charles Hackett Dive, St Marys NSW 2760.
• The first valid entry chosen will receive a Milwaukee Gift pack including Milwaukee 18V 2
piece Drill set, 12 piece insulated screwdriver set, 45 piece impact set, 5m magnetic tape
measure, Low profile backpack.
• The total prize pool value is $1,092.05
• Promoter is Torress Pty Ltd c/- St Marys Village.
Prize Conditions
• Winners will be notified they have won by telephone and/or email within 2 days of the
completion of the draw at St Mary’s Village- Charles Hackett Drive, St Marys NSW 2760
• Winners will have their details published online on the St Marys Village website -
www.stmarysvillage.com.au and Facebook page.
• Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
• Prizes subject to the standard Terms and Conditions of individual prize and service
providers.
• The Promoter may at its absolute discretion change and substitute the prizes (to one of
comparable value) in its absolute discretion and without prior notice.
• To claim the prize, winners will collect the prize at an agreed time and date agreed by
the promoter and winner but must be within 7 days of the initial prize draw. The winner will need
to provide proof of identity as reasonably required by the Promoter. If the winner does not
collect the prize within 7 days of the initial prize draw, another random draw will take place.
• The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any customer who the
Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions or engaged in any
unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of
the promotion.
