The promoter is Entain Group Pty Ltd (ABN 25 151 956 768) of Level 2, East Tower, 25 Montpelier Road, Bowen Hills QLD 4006 (Promoter). The Promoter and its related companies are referred to as the Promoter Group. 2. Instructions and information on how to enter the promotion form part of these terms and conditions, and entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions and all of the Promoter’s terms and conditions. 3. Entry is open and free to Australian residents, excluding South Australia, who are 18 years of age or older, who are attending the private cinema screening of the Ladbrokes Bossy Bucket List (BBL) content. 4. Entrants are required to complete an online entry form as follows: (a) Entrants will visit the landing page, accessed via https://www.ladbrokes.com.au/landers/bossys-bucket-list-premiere- competition/ (b) Entrants will be required to give one (1) answer in fifty (50) words or less in response to question: If you could travel Australia with 3 sporting legends, who would they be and why? (c) Entrants will then be required to confirm that they have read and accept the terms and conditions and that their details are true and correct. 5. Entry to the promotion is open from 12:00am on Wednesday, August 7, 2024, until 11:59pm Sunday, August 18, 2024 (Promotion Period). 6. Directors, managers, agents, and employees of the Promoter Group are not eligible to win any prizes resulting from this promotion. 7. All entries to the ‘Ladbrokes– Bossy Bucket List Competition’ must be original responses by the entrant. Entrants can have only one entry in the promotion. (a)For an entry to be eligible to win a prize, the response associated with the entry must not be a duplicate of an entry whatsoever. 8. The major prize for the competition is inclusive and exhaustive of the below: (a)VIP private and exclusive experience at a selected cinema to watch BBL content premiere. The select cinemas in each city and dates are listed below: • Brisbane – Reading Cinemas Newmarket - Tuesday 3 September 2024; • Sydney – Hoyts Entertainment Quarter - Tuesday 10 September 2024; • Melbourne – Hoyts Melbourne CBD - Thursday 5 September 2024. (b) Food and beverage included (c) Meet and Greet with Bossy Brown, Campbell Brown and Damien Oliver, depending on the individuals availability at each Venue. (d) Merch and prizes provided by the Promotor. 9. The retail value for the prize(s) is: $100 AUD. 10. The following conditions apply to the prize: (a) the winner must make all arrangements for receiving the right to the prize within two weeks after the Promoter successfully advises them that they have won. (b) The prize is limited to the items listed in clause 8, and any additional costs or charges must be paid by the winner, including but not limited to travel between the prize winner’s home and the event venue, visa application fees, additional meals, hotel quarantine costs (if required), accommodation, ancillary hotel costs such as mini-bar, transport etc.; (c) the prize can only be used by persons who are 18 years of age or older; (d) the prize winner must do everything required of them to accept and take delivery of the prize within a reasonable period of time; (e) if the prize winner fails to comply with clause 10(c), their right to the prize will be forfeited and they will not be compensated in any way; (f) if the prize (or a component of it) is not available for any reason (including due to COVID-19 restrictions or other impacts), we reserve the right to substitute the prize with another of similar value, or at our discretion, with a cash sum equivalent to the retail value of that component of the prize; (g) the right to the prize is not transferable or assignable to another person; (h) the prize is not redeemable for cash (other than in accordance with clause 10(e); (i) the prize is limited to the items listed in clause 8, and any additional costs or charges must be paid by the winner; 11. A panel of judges or a single judge employed by the Promoter will be appointed who will review all of the entries submitted during the Promotional Period. 12. Entries will be judged on one main criterion: the entry which is most engaging as chosen by the panel of judges in their sole discretion. If the entrants response is selected, they will win the prize stipulated in clause 8. 13. This promotion is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. This promotion is a game of skill because the objective of the game is answering a question that most effectively meets the criteria during the Promotion Period. 14. The Promoter’s decision as to the result of the prize is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 15. You must not submit an entry which is or may be considered to be defamatory, abusive, obscene, unlawful, racist, sexist, discriminatory or otherwise offensive. 16. There will be 95 winners selected. The Promotor will select 20 winners in Brisbane, 25 winners in Melbourne and 50 winners in Sydney. In the event that a winner cannot travel to one of the venues stipulated in Clause 8, we won’t substitute the prize whatsoever and their right to the prize will be forfeited. (a)For the sake of clarity, ‘Event’ refers to the three locations the Promotion is being held across (Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane exclusively). 17. The Promoter will announce and attempt to notify the winner(s) via email on Tuesday 20 August 2024. 18. If a prize winner(s) is unable to be contacted by 5:00pm on Monday 26 August 2024, then that person’s right to the prize is forfeited. The Promoter may determine such further winner(s) at 25 Montpelier Rd Bowen Hills QLD 4006 as are necessary on Tuesday 27 August 2024 at 5:00pm in order to distribute any unclaimed prizes, as determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion, subject to any directions given by a responsible authority under any relevant regulation. 19. The Promoter will publish the name of the prize winners who has validly won and claimed their prize, at Level 2, 25 Montpelier Road, Bowen Hills, Queensland 4006 for no less than 28 days at the end of the promotion period. 20. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of any entry or disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions or who tampers with the entry process. The decision to verify, validate or disqualify an entry is in the Promoter’s absolute discretion. 21. Subject to state lottery laws, if the Promoter reasonably considers that a change to these terms and conditions is likely to benefit entrants or be of immaterial detriment to entrants, then the Promoter can make the change immediately and does not need to notify entrants. Alternatively, subject to state lottery laws, the Promoter may vary these terms and conditions by placing a notification at all places where these terms and conditions are made available to entrants. 22. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any computer system, software or internet difficulties, including any damage to an entrant’s device, resulting from participating in the promotion. Any cost associated with participating in the promotion are the entrant’s responsibility. 23. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage or personal injury suffered or sustained in relation to the promotion or a prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. 24. If the Promoter is prevented from or delayed in performing an obligation by Force Majeure then the obligation is suspended during, but for no longer than, the period the Force Majeure continues and any further period that is reasonable in the circumstances. “Force Majeure” means any event beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, which occurs without the fault or negligence of the Promoter. 25. Subject to obtaining the approval from the regulator (if applicable), the Promoter reserves the right to delay or modify any aspect of this promotion if for any reason it is not capable or running as planned (including without limitation, by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, fraud, technical failures, power failures or due to any other causes unforeseen or beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the promotion) but only to the extent necessary to overcome the issue that is affecting the running of the promotion as planned. 26. By participating in the promotion, an entrant authorises the Promoter Group, and contractors and agents of the Promoter Group, to access, collect and use personal information about the entrant, and disclose personal information about the entrant, to the Promoter Group, and its contractor and agents, for the purpose of (i) conducting the promotion and (ii) providing the entrant with information and marketing material about products and services of the Promoter Group; and (iii) making arrangement for a prize winning to be notified and receive their prize. Such as, information may be provided electronically, or by contacting the entrant by telephone or other means, until such time as the entrant asks the Promoter not to provide further information.
