Item 4: Participating Retailers All specialty retailers. Excludes Aldi, Coles, Kmart
and Woolworths
Item 5: Entry Age Entry is available to persons over 13 years of age.
A parent or guardian must give permission to enter
for any persons under 18 years of age
Item 6: Prize Pool There is one (1) major prize valued at $2,188.95 RRP.

Only one prize will be awarded. No part of the prize
can be substituted or redeemed for cash
How to Enter Entry can only be achieved by purchasing goods or
services. To enter the competition, each shopper must,
during the competition, make a $50 or more purchase
from a participating specialty retailer, up to TWO
receipts may be added together to reach $50 or more.
Customers scan the QR Code on promotional stands
throughout the centre and upload a photo/screenshot
of their receipt. Customers will be required to provide
the following data on the entry form. Full name,
postcode, email address, value of purchases made and
the name of the specialty store. Customers may choose
if they wish to join our mailing list
Are Multiple Entries Permitted A maximum of one (1) entry per day is permitted
Sundays and Public Holidays Due to the web-based method of entry this promotion
will run on Sunday 25 August until 6.00pm
INTRODUCTION
1. Information on how to enter and prize details form part of the overall terms and
conditions.
2. By participating in the competition, entrants accept and agree to be bound by the
terms and conditions. For the avoidance of doubt, the terms and conditions include
the schedule above.
3. Entries must comply with these terms and conditions to be valid.
4. Where there is an inconsistency between the schedule and terms and conditions,
the schedule will prevail.
PRIVACY
5. The Promoter will collect and use the entrant’s personal information (name, post
code and email) for the purpose of processing and conducting the competition and
for promotional purposes including but not limited to media releases etc
• Research to improve service and The Pines Marketing campaigns
• Auditing of the prize allocation
6. By entering the competition, entrants consent to use their personal information as
outlined in clause 5 above.
ELIGIBILITY
7. If the Schedule permits entrants to be under the age of 18 years, such entrants
must seek permission from their parent or guardian to enter. If the winner of a
Prize is under 18 years of age, the Prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or
legal guardian.
8. Directors and employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter or its
related companies or agencies and Participating Retailers are not eligible to enter.
Immediate families mean spouse, ex-spouse, de facto partner, ex-de facto partner,
child, step-child, parent, step-parent, legal guardian, sibling or step-sibling.
METHOD OF ENTRY
9. To enter, each entrant must comply with the ‘how to enter’ detailed in the schedule.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who provides false
information or fails to provide information that is reasonably requested by the
Promoter.
11. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse to accept entries
which are incomplete, indecipherable, offensive, do not comply with these terms
and conditions or which contravene any applicable laws or regulations.
12. The eligibility of entries is solely within the discretion of the Promoter.
13. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, misdirected or damaged
entries or other communications.
14. The promoter reserves the right to exclude any person or persons whom it believes
is or maybe trying to act fraudulently in entering this promotion. This includes any
person who the promoter believes, at their sole discretion, has not made the
purchases required to enter this draw in the manner required. The promotors
decision in this is final and no discussion will be entered into. Any person excluded
under this clause will be excluded for the remainder of the promotion period.
PRIZES
15. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
16. If a prize is unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoters control, the Promoter
reserves the right to substitute a prize with an equal or greater value.
17. Once the prize has left the Promoters premises, the Promoter takes no
responsibility for the prize should it be damaged, lost or stolen.
18. The winners use of a prize is entirely at their own risk.
ALLOCATION OF PRIZES
19. Each person completing the “how to enter” correctly will be placed into a random
prize draw that will take place on Monday 26 August at 11.00am AEST.
20. The mechanism for determining a winner is solely within the discretion of the
Promoter.
21. There is one (1) major prize to be won and the winner will be contacted within 24
hours of the prize being drawn.
CLAIMING PRIZES
22. The winner will be contacted via phone and/or email within 24 hours of the prize
draw and will have 24 hours to respond.
23. If the first contacted winner does not respond within 24 hours, they will be deemed
to have forfeited the prize and a subsequent second draw will occur. The second
draw winner will be subject to the same response timeframes.
LIABILITY
24. Any Prize supplied by a third party supplier is subject to the terms and conditions of
the third party supplier. Each prize may come with guarantees that cannot be
excluded under Australian Consumer Law. If those guarantees are not complied
with, then you will have rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to
those guarantees and rights, the Promoter shall not be liable and excludes all
liability (including negligence), for any loss or damage whatsoever which is
suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) for damage
to property, personal injury or death suffered or sustained in connection with the
Competition or the use or taking of any Prize except for any liability which cannot be
excluded by law including as provided for under the Australian Consumer Law.
TERMINATION
25. The Promoter reserves the right to vary the terms of, or
cancel the competition at anytime without liability to any
entrant or other person, subject to applicable laws
