Social Media Shoutout Promotion Terms and Conditions

    Promotion Period

        The Social Media Shoutout promotion runs from August 1st, 2024, at 12:00 AM (AEST) to August 31st, 2024, at 11:59 PM (AEST).

    Eligibility

        The promotion is open to all customers who follow Organic Ministry on Facebook and Instagram.
        Must show at least one Organic Ministry product in their social media post.
        Entrants must be 18 years or older and residents of Australia.
        Employees of Organic Ministry and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
        This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.

    Entry

        To enter, customers must:

            Follow Organic Ministry on both Facebook and Instagram.
            Share a photo of their Organic Ministry order on Instagram.
            Tag @organicministryau and use the hashtag #omturnstwo in their post.

        Only public posts will be eligible for entry.
        Multiple entries are allowed, but each post must feature different products or aspects of the birthday haul.

    Prize

        The prize consists of a personalised skincare consultation via Zoom with our National Educator and a bespoke product bundle tailored to the customer’s needs, up to the value of $250 AUD.
        The consultation will be scheduled at a mutually convenient time for the winner and the National Educator.
        The bespoke product bundle will be created based on the results of the consultation to ensure suitability for the customer’s skin type and concerns.

    Winner Selection

        One winner will be selected based on creativity and engagement.
        The winner will be announced on Organic Ministry’s Instagram and Facebook pages after the closing of the promotion.
        The winner will be contacted via direct message on Instagram or Facebook. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, Organic Ministry reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

    General Conditions

        Organic Ministry reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Organic Ministry's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion, as determined by Organic Ministry in its sole discretion.
        By participating in this promotion, customers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of Organic Ministry, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the promotion.

        Personal information collected from entrants will be used by Organic Ministry for the purpose of administering this promotion and in accordance with Organic Ministry’s privacy policy.
