Competition Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility:
o This competition is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over,
excluding employees of Thirsty Camel Bidgee Hotel Bottleshop, their
immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with this
competition.
2. Competition Period:
o The competition begins on Monday, 19th August 2024, and ends on Sunday,
1st September 2024 at 12:00 PM AEST.
3. How to Enter:
o To enter, customers must spend $50 or more on any product in a single
transaction at Thirsty Camel Bidgee Hotel Bottleshop during the competition
period.
o Each qualifying transaction will automatically enter the customer into the
draw.
o Multiple entries are allowed; each $50 transaction qualifies as a separate entry.
4. Prize:
o The prize is a hamper valued at $100.
o The contents of the hamper will be determined by Thirsty Camel Bidgee Hotel
Bottleshop and are not negotiable or exchangeable for cash or other items.
5. Winner Selection:
o The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
o The draw will take place on Sunday, 1st September 2024, at Thirsty Camel
Bidgee Hotel Bottleshop, at 1pm.
6. Winner Notification:
o The winner will be notified via the contact details provided at the time of
purchase.
o If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of the initial contact, a new
winner will be drawn.
o The winner’s name may be announced on Thirsty Camel Bidgee Hotel
Bottleshop's social media channels.
7. Prize Collection:
o The winner must collect the hamper from Thirsty Camel Bidgee Hotel
Bottleshop at 159 East Street, Narrandera within 14 days of notification. Proof
of identity and purchase may be required.
8. General Conditions:
o By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
o Thirsty Camel Bidgee Hotel Bottleshop reserves the right to cancel or modify
the competition if necessary.
o Thirsty Camel Bidgee Hotel Bottleshop is not responsible for any entries not
received due to technical issues or other reasons beyond their control.
o Personal information provided by participants will be used in accordance with
the Privacy Act 1988.
9. Liability:
o Thirsty Camel Bidgee Hotel Bottleshop accepts no responsibility for any
damage, loss, or injury suffered as a result of accepting the prize.
10. Governing Law:
o This competition and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of
New South Wales, Australia.
