Eligible entrants:    Entry is only open to Australian residents who are 18 years and over.
How to Enter:    

To enter the Promotion, the entrant must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:

    purchase any two (2) packs of Liquid I.V. in one (1) transaction from any Chemist Warehouse ("Participating Venues"); and
    visit liquid-iv.com.au/pages/spiltmilk-chemistwarehouse, follow the prompts to the Promotion entry page; and fully complete and submit the online entry form with their personal details (first name, last name, date of birth, email address and mobile number) and proof of purchase (original or copy of receipt); and (optional) tick the box to opt in to receive Spilt Milk communications.

Proof of purchase: The entrant must retain proof of purchase. The proof of purchase required is an original or copied receipt.

The entrant must fill out the online entry form for every entry.
Entries permitted:    

Entrants may enter multiple times subject to the following:

    limit one (1) entry per transaction;
    max one (1) prize per person (excludes SA residents); and
    each entry must be submitted separately in accordance with the entry instructions above.

By completing the entry method, the entrant will receive one (1) entry.

Prize Conditions:    

Spilt Milk 2024:

    This prize is for or relates to Spilt Milk 2024 at either Canberra (16/11/24), Ballarat (23/11/24), Gold Coast (24/11/24) or Perth (17/11/24) (an “Event”). If the winner is unwilling or unable to attend at the designated time for an Event, they forfeit that part of the prize and the Promoter is not obliged to substitute that part of the prize.
    The Event ticket prizes are subject to the event venue and ticket terms and conditions, including any applicable age restrictions. The Promoter and event organisers hereby expressly reserve the right to eject any winner and/or his/her companions for any inappropriate behaviour, including but not limited to intoxication, whilst participating in any element of the prize.
    All costs associated with travel to and from the Event will be the responsibility of the winner and their guest for the prize.

Gift Card:

    Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the gift card are not included. Any unused balance of the gift card will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of the gift card is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the gift card.

Winner notification:    The winners will be contacted by email and phone within seven (7) days of the draw. The winners will be published at liquid-iv.com.au/pages/spiltmilk-chemistwarehouse by 07/10/24.
Unclaimed Prizes:    

Prizes must be claimed by 08/10/2024 at 12:00 pm AEST. In the event of an unclaimed prize, the prize will be redrawn on 09/10/2024at 12:00 pm AEST at 219 North Rocks Rd, North Rocks NSW 2151, Australia. The winners of the redraw will be notified by email and phone within seven (7) days of the redraw. The winners will be notified publicly (and their details published) at liquid-iv.com.au/pages/spiltmilk-chemistwarehouse by 16/10/24.
