not redeemable for cash.

• Lost or stolen Prezzee gift vouchers will not be replaced or refunded. If a
Prezzee gift voucher is lost or misplaced and the balance has not been spent
or changed from the original amount, contact Prezzee and Prezzee may at its
discretion send the Promotion Winner a replacement provided Prezzee can
confirm the balance is unused.
• All Prezzee gift vouchers are already activated. Activated Prezzee gift vouchers
will be available within approximately 30 seconds however additional time
may be required for certain activations.
• Treat your Prezzee gift voucher like cash. The bearer of the Prezzee gift
vouchers will be taken to be the owner of the Prezzee gift voucher.
• If a Promotion Winner loses their mobile device, please contact Prezzee
immediately so Prezzee can put a hold on the Promotion Winner’s account. If
a Prezzee gift voucher is partially or fully redeemed while the Promotion
Winner’s mobile device is lost or stolen, neither Prezzee or the Promotor shall
not be liable.
