Entry Restrictions Entrants and their companion/s must be 18 years of age or over.
Currently hold, or can obtain a valid passport with minimum expiry of 6-
months and at least 2 blank pages.
Entrants must be able to take the prize on Wednesday, February 26, 2025 –
Wednesday, March 5, 2025.
Competition Period Entries for the competition open at 12pm AEST on Wednesday, September 11
2024.
Entries into the competition close at 5pm AEST on Thursday, October 3, 2024.
Contesting for the competition will happen at various times from 12pm AEST
on Monday, September 16 until 8pm AEST on October 3, 2024.
The winner will be determined on Friday, October 4 between 5am and 10am
AEST.
Entry Method Web entry:
Participants must visit the Station Website during the Competition Period and
fully complete the online entry form, including (but not limited to) providing
their name, address, contact number and email address. All valid entries
received will be placed into a random electronic draw. Participants will receive
an email confirming their entry into the draw.
Draw Details • At specific times, entrants will be randomly chosen from all web
entries received and announced on air throughout the contesting
period.
• The entrant named will have a specific time period to call through to
our studios (ie, 9 minutes and 13 seconds). If they successfully get
through within the timeframe specified on-air, they will be issued a
“Boarding Pass” to join us as we broadcast live from Wests
Campbelltown for the final major prize draw on October 4th.
• Entrants with boarding passes are required to attend and place their
passes into our barrel.
• One winner will be drawn out of the barrel and announced as the
major prize winner.
• For the avoidance of doubt, the winner will only be deemed so once
they have spoken to a representative of C91.3FM and their details
have been verified.

Notification of
Winners
Winners will be notified:
In person at the Wests League Club Campbelltown during the live
draw.
Prize Claim Date
and Time
Acceptance of the prize, with traveller’s names as per their passport, is
required no later than 5pm AEDST on Friday, October 11, 2024.
- To be informed in writing to Wests Group Macarthur.
- Change of traveller names may incur an additional cost after this date,
and is to be covered at the travellers expense.
Prize Delivery All correspondence after the acceptance will take place between Macarthur
Travel Service and winner directly. The Promoter takes no responsibility for the
winner’s booking of their prize and no compensation will be awarded should
the winner not be able to travel on the dates specified under ‘Entry
Restrictions’ above.
Prize Conditions The prize must be accepted as stipulated and awarded, and cannot be
exchanged for cash, other travel, flights or accommodation.
• The winner acknowledges that in order to redeem this prize, themselves and
their nominated travel partner:
o Are over 18 years of age.
o Currently hold, or can obtain, a valid passport with minimum expiry of 6 -
months and at least 2 blank pages.
o Travel is subject to US Visa application authority, and is to be organised at
their own expense.
• Winners of the Las Vegas travel package may nominate a fellow member
proxy to redeem the prize if they do not believe they will be able to attend or
participate for unavoidable reasons.
• For a proxy nomination to be valid, members must inform management of
Wests Group Macarthur in writing prior to acceptance date Friday 11 October
2024.
• C91.3FM requires the Las Vegas Package winner and his/her travelling
companion to cover themselves with full travel insurance valid for
international travel. Receipt of insurance for each person travelling must be
supplied to Wests Group Macarthur prior to travel. Should the Las Vegas
Package winner and his/her travelling companion fail to take out travel
insurance, Wests Group Macarthur will require them to sign a waiver prior to
travel.
• C91.3FM will not be held liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or
sustained, as a result of accepting the Las Vegas Package, except for any
liability we cannot be excluded by law. This includes any loss, damage or injury
suffered or sustained whilst travelling.
o Including any loss or damage that occurs to components of the prize, such as
cash and other items awarded
• C91.3FM accepts no responsibility for further costs or expenses associated
with the prize that may be incurred by the winner. This includes, but is not
limited to;
o Travel insurance
o Visa & ESTA costs
o Additional spending money
o Meals
o Items of a personal nature
o In-room charges
o Other ancillary costs
• C91.3FM accepts no responsibility for negotiations, variations or additional
requests regarding the prize once the winner has accepted it.
