The promoter of this competition is Avani Beauty Group Pty Ltd, trading as Aishani Beauty, ABN 79 669 736 136, located at 81-83 Campbell Street, Surry Hills, NSW 2020 (“the Promoter”).

2.     Eligibility

The competition is open only to legal residents of Australia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Proof of residency and age may be requested prior to awarding the prize. Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of Avani Beauty Group Pty Ltd are not eligible to enter. Immediate family includes spouses, de facto partners, children, parents, siblings, and household members. All entries must include a valid email address, and a valid Australian mobile number linked to the participant to be deemed eligible.

3.     How to Enter

To enter, participants must subscribe to the Aishani Beauty email list using the official giveaway link provided and complete the subscription process, including email address and mobile number. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure that all details provided are correct and that the email and mobile number are valid.

4.     Competition Period

The competition opens at 8:30 PM AEST on Tuesday, 17th September 2024, and closes at 11:59 PM AEST on Friday, 11th October 2024. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

5.     Prize

The winner will receive two (2) Gold Seated VIP Packages to the Travis Scott concert at Allianz Stadium, Sydney, NSW, on Friday, 18th October 2024. The total value of the prize is AUD $1,122.05.

Ticket Transfer: The concert tickets will be transferred to the winner via the Ticketek Australia app using a valid email address or Australian mobile number. Failure to provide a valid email address or complying mobile number may result in the inability to transfer the tickets, in which case the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for incorrect details provided by the winner. It is the sole responsibility of the winner to ensure they provide the correct details and validate the ticket transfer via the Ticketek Australia app.

Transportation and Accommodation: The Promoter is solely responsible for providing the concert tickets. Any costs associated with transportation, accommodation, food, beverages, or other expenses related to attending the concert are the sole responsibility of the winner. This applies to both interstate and NSW residents. Any incidental costs incurred as a result of attending the concert, including but not limited to parking, meals, and souvenirs, will not be reimbursed by the Promoter. The Promoter will not provide any compensation, reimbursement, or alternative for such costs.

6.     Winner Selection and Announcement

There will be one (1) winner selected at random from all valid entries. The draw will take place on Saturday, 12th October 2024, and the winner will be announced within 24 hours. The winner will be notified via email and/or phone and must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize. If the winner does not claim the prize within the specified timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7.     Entry Conditions

Only one entry per person is permitted.
The entry must be made through the official giveaway link provided by Aishani Beauty.
Incomplete, inaccurate, or invalid entries will be disqualified.
Any attempt to fraudulently enter the competition by using multiple email addresses or false information will result in disqualification.
Entries must include a valid email address and a valid Australian mobile number linked to the entrant to be deemed eligible.
8.     Prize Conditions

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternatives.
The Promoter takes no responsibility for any changes, delays, or cancellations to the concert schedule. If the Travis Scott concert is canceled, rescheduled, or otherwise altered, the Promoter will not provide an alternative prize, reimbursement, or compensation.
The Promoter makes no warranties regarding the concert experience and will not be held responsible for any dissatisfaction with the event.
9.     Indemnification and Liability Waiver

By entering this competition, participants agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Avani Beauty Group Pty Ltd, trading as Aishani Beauty, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates, from and against any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, liabilities, and costs of any kind, whether direct or indirect, arising from or related to participation in this competition, the use or misuse of the prize, or attendance at the Travis Scott concert.

The Promoter will not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense arising from the winner’s or any guest’s attendance at the concert, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, transportation issues, illness, or any other harm resulting from participation in the event. Winners attend the event at their own risk, and any incidents arising from or relating to the event are the responsibility of the winner.

10.     No Affiliation

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Travis Scott, Live Nation, Allianz Stadium, Ticketek Australia, or any other event organizers or affiliated entities. The giveaway is independently conducted by Aishani Beauty, and all tickets have been lawfully acquired by the Promoter. Any questions, comments, or complaints should be directed to Aishani Beauty, not to any associated third party.

11.     Proof of Eligibility

The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of residency and proof of age from any entrant before awarding the prize. The entrant must provide valid documentation demonstrating that they are over the age of 18 and a resident of Australia. Failure to provide such proof may result in disqualification.

12.     Taxation

Winners are solely responsible for any and all tax liabilities that may arise as a result of winning the prize. It is the responsibility of the winner to declare the prize for tax purposes as required by Australian law. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise.

13.     Force Majeure

The Promoter will not be held responsible for circumstances beyond its control that prevent the prize from being awarded, including but not limited to cancellation of the event due to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics, or any other force majeure event.

14.     Privacy

By entering the competition, participants agree to have their personal information (name, email, mobile number, and state) collected and used by the Promoter for the purposes of administering this competition and for marketing purposes. The Promoter will not sell or share entrant information with third parties, except as required by law. Participants may unsubscribe from future marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe link provided in emails. All data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

15.     General

The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated via Aishani Beauty’s official channels.
