Win $1,000 BCF Gift Voucher Competition Terms and Conditions

Introduction
In these terms and conditions, “Polymaster” means Polymaster Pty Ltd (ABN 40 115 704 384).

Eligibility
The competition is open to end-users only who purchase both a Pump Station and a Septic Tank from an authorised Polymaster reseller within the promotional period.
Distributors, wholesalers, and other resellers who purchase for on-selling are not eligible to enter the competition.Employees of Polymaster Pty Ltd and their immediate families are also not eligible to enter the competition.

Entry Conditions
To enter the competition, eligible customers must purchase both a Pump Station and a Septic Tank from an authorised Polymaster reseller within the promotional period.
Each qualifying purchase grants one entry into the competition.

Promotional Period
The promotional period begins on 1 September 2024 and ends on 30 November 2024.
Purchases made outside of this period are not eligible for entry into the competition.

Prize
There are three (3) prizes of $1,000 worth of BCF gift vouchers to be won.
The prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

Competition Draw
The draw will take place on 23 December 2024 at Polymaster’s head office.
Winners will be drawn randomly from all eligible entries received during the promotional period.
Winners will be notified via email and phone within five (5) business days of the draw.
The names of the winners will also be published on the Polymaster website.

Prize Collection
Prizes will be sent to the winners by email as digital gift vouchers.
Winners must provide proof of purchase (receipt) to claim their prize if their name is drawn. The receipt must clearly show the purchase of both the Pump Station and Septic Tank during the promotional period.

General Conditions
Polymaster reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who is found to have tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or improper conduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the competition.
If for any reason the competition is not capable of running as planned, Polymaster reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the competition.
Polymaster is not responsible for any technical malfunction or failure which may result in an entry being lost, invalid, or not being received.
By entering the competition, entrants agree to Polymaster using their name and/or business name in any media, including websites and social media, for the purpose of promoting this competition and any related feedback or product review activities. This usage may continue indefinitely without remuneration, unless the entrant requests otherwise.

Privacy
Polymaster collects personal information solely for the purpose of conducting the competition. We will not retain your details for marketing purposes and will destroy all records related to this competition three (3) months after it ends.
Before your records are destroyed, you may be contacted to provide feedback or a product review.
Entrants should direct any request to access, update, or correct information to Polymaster.
All entries become the property of Polymaster.
