How to enter To enter the Competition, each entrant must, during the
competition period:
1. Scan the Spring Campaign 2024 Competition QR
code which is available at each event within the
Spring Event Program at Melbourne Quarter.
2. Enter their details (First Name, Last Name, email
address) into the Spring Campaign entry form found
at: https://www.melbournequarter.com/spring-2024-
competition/
3. Click “Submit”.

The draw and winner
notification
The draw will take place on Thursday 31 October 2024 at Two
Melbourne Quarter:
- The winners will be notified via email on Thursday 31
October 2024.
The winners will be emailed their prize by Friday 1
November 2024.
Judging criteria The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be
entered into.
The winner will be the first six (6) complete, correct, and
eligible entries drawn.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that:
a) contains material considered by the Promoter to be
inappropriate or offensive; or
b) was submitted in a manner considered by the
Promoter to be inappropriate, which may include, but
is not limited to, actions relating to computer hacking,
breach of copyright or other intellectual property rights
and actions that breach any relevant laws.
The prize(s) is/are not redeemable for cash and is personal to
the winners. It cannot be transferred, exchanged, or
otherwise dealt with.
Prize description The first six (6) correct and eligible entries drawn will win one
of the following six prizes on offer: 1 x $500 Ngali Voucher, 1 x
$200 Core Plus Voucher, 1 x $200 Sense of Self Voucher, 1 x
$200 Frank Green Voucher, 1 x $200 Inner Studio Voucher, 1
x $200 EQ Wellbeing Voucher.

1. Information on how to enter and Prize details form part of these terms and conditions.
2. By participating in the Competition, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these terms and
conditions. For the avoidance of doubt, the terms and conditions include the Schedule above.
3. Entries must comply with these terms and conditions to be valid.
4. Where there is an inconsistency between the Schedule and these terms and conditions, the
Schedule will prevail.
5. The terms and conditions of this Competition are governed by the laws of Victoria and the parties
irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
6. The following person(s) are ineligible to enter the Competition:
a. employees of:
i. the Promoter; and
ii. the Promoter’s related bodies corporate (as that expression is defined in the
Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)); and
iii. associated agencies, companies, and contractors; or
b. members of the Immediate Families of the employees referred to at paragraph 7(a).
c. Immediate family means any of: a spouse or domestic partner, ex- spouse or ex-domestic
partner, de-facto spouse or ex-de-facto spouse, child or step child (whether natural or by
adoption), parent, step parent, grandparent, step grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece,
nephew, brother, sister, step brother, step sister or first cousin.
7. The Competition commences on Tuesday 17 September 2024 at 12:00pm and ends on
Wednesday 30 October 2024 at 2:30pm. The Promoter may extend the Promotion Period at its
sole discretion (Extended Promotion Period). Details of any Extended Promotion Period will be
displayed during the Promotion on https://www.melbournequarter.com/spring-2024/. References
in these terms and conditions to the Promotion Period include any Extended Promotion Period,
where applicable.
8. To enter, each entrant must comply with the “How to Enter” section of the Schedule.
9. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant who has breached
any of these terms and conditions, has engaged in unlawful or improper conduct or otherwise acts
to cheat or undermine the fairness of the Competition by, for example, tampering with, or using or
exploiting errors in, the entry process to obtain a competitive advantage over other entrants.
10. For the Participant to be eligible to compete in the Competition, each of the following must be
satisfied. The Participant must enter the Competition:
a) within the Competition Period;
b) in the strict manner specified by the staff member and on any promotional collateral.
11. The prize(s) is/are not redeemable for cash and is personal to the winners. It cannot be
transferred, exchanged or otherwise dealt with.
12. If a Prize is unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the
right to substitute the Prize with a prize of equal or greater monetary value. This right is subject to
any applicable legislation, regulations or directions from a regulatory authority.
13. Once a Prize has left the Promoter’s premises, the Promoter takes no responsibility for the Prize
being damaged, lost or stolen.
14. The winners will receive one (1) of the following Prizes per person: 2 x $500 Ngali Vouchers (one
per person), 1 x $200 Core Plus Voucher, 1 x $200 Sense of Self Voucher, 1 x $200 Frank Green
Voucher, 1 x $200 Inner Studio Voucher. Lendlease is the Promoter only. The terms and
conditions of the supplier of each voucher apply to the supply of the Prize.
15. A judge’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. The Promoter may cancel the Competition and not award the Prizes where circumstances beyond
the Promoter’s reasonable control prevent the Promoter from providing the prizes. Should the
Promoter cancel the Competition the Promoter will advertise that the Competition has been
cancelled by placing a notice on https://www.melbournequarter.com/spring-2024/.
17. The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage in connection with any failure to provide the
prizes or to provide the prizes in accordance with these terms and conditions where such failure is
due to:
a. The act or omission of a third party; or
b. Some other cause beyond the Promoter’s control, provided that the Promoter took
reasonable precautions and exercised due diligence to avoid the failure.
18. By entering into the Competition, the Participant is deemed to have accepted these terms and
conditions.

By providing your personal details, you acknowledge and agree that your personal information
provided to the Promoter may be used by us for purposes related to the operation of our business,
including administering the relevant Competition, advising you and the public if you are the winner,
providing and improving our products and services and, unless you opt out by contacting us,
communicating with you on an ongoing basis for market research or with information about any
products or services we think you may be interested in. This may be by any means of communication,
including telephone and electronic messages (e.g. email). If the information requested is not provided,
you may not be able to enter the Competition or have a chance to win a Prize. We take steps to
ensure that we only collect personal information which is relevant to our dealings with you and which
is reasonably necessary for the Competition or our other business activities. If the information
requested is not provided, you may not receive the Prize should your entry be successful.
We generally collect personal information directly from individuals through our marketing, sales,
business development, operations, human resources, research or other activities. However, in some
cases, personal information may be collected from third parties such as real estate agents,
government bodies and other group entities of the Promoter.
We may disclose your personal information to other group entities of the Promoter, third party service
providers, or other entities that assist us in running our business (e.g. such as IT service providers).
