Weet-Bix Day is just around the corner, and we’re celebrating by finding our most passionate Bix fans! If you live and breathe Weet-Bix, this is your chance to shine!​

What’s the Challenge?​

Do you start your day with a bowl (or two) of Weet-Bix? Can you debate the perfect soggy-to-crunchy ratio? Do you own a Weet-Bix bucket hat and wear it with pride? If you answered YES to any of these, then you might just be Australia’s BIGGEST Weet-Bix Kid!​

How to Enter:

Tell us why you think you’re Australia’s BIGGEST Weet-Bix Kid!

Include an optional photo that shows off your Weet-Bix enthusiasm—whether it’s your morning Bix ritual, your favorite Weet-Bix gear, or anything else that makes you a true fan.


Submit your entry before 3 PM on 14th October 2024 for an opportunity to win a special Weet-Bix fan package delivered right to your door!

20 Prize Packs:

1x 1.2KG Weet-Bix pack valued at $6
1x pair of adult-sized Weet-Bix branded socks valued at $15
1x Weet-Bix branded Corduroy Cap valued at $29
1x Weet-Bix collectors tin valued at $25
1x Weet-Bix merch store voucher valued at $35.

The total prize pool value is up to AUD $2,200.00.

The Promoter may provide an alternative prize of equal value if all or part of a prize becomes unavailable for any reason beyond the Promoter’s control. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash unless otherwise specified.

Promotion

Entry into and participation in the Australia’s Biggest Weet-Bix Kids 2024 Promotion (Promotion) is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, including any information on how to enter and prizes.

Can I Enter?

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 13 years or older. You are not eligible to enter if you are a member of the immediate family of an employee of the Promoter, its related corporations, or agencies.

Entrants under 16 years old must have their parent or guardian’s consent to enter.

When can I enter?

The Promotion commences at 8:00 AM Monday 30th September 2024 and ends at 4:00 PM on Monday 14th October 2024 (the Promotional Period).

How do I enter?

To enter the Promotion and be eligible to win, you must, during the Promotional Period: · Visit www.weetbix.com.au/biggestweetbixkid; and

Follow the prompts to the entry form, fill in your details, and share with us (in 100 words or less) why you’re one of Australia’s most passionate Weet-Bix fans… you can even upload a supporting image if you like! (Images are optional – just make sure any images are a single file in .jpeg, .gif, or .png format under 5MB in size with at least 800×800 pixels).
 

Consent

Individuals submitting photographs of a child (under the age of 16 years) that is not their own must have the permission of the child’s parent or guardian to enter them in the Promotion, and for the Entry to be used in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Publication

By submitting an Entry, you acknowledge and agree that any photograph submitted by you and accepted by the Promoter may be published on the Promoter’s Website, Facebook, and Instagram accounts and in other promotional or marketing materials, including for subsequent Weet-Bix “Biggest Weet-Bix Kid” promotions. All entries will be moderated prior to publication, and if an Entry is not accepted for any reason (acting reasonably), the entrant will be contacted via email.

Multiple entries

You can enter the Promotion multiple times, with each unique entry uploaded being considered one Entry.

Prizes

There are 20 Weet-Bix Prize Packs to be won, consisting of:

Winner selection

Twenty winners will be selected from all valid Entries on Tuesday 15th October 2024 at 1 Sanitarium Drive, Berkeley Vale NSW 2261, by a member of the Weet-Bix Marketing Team. This is a game of skill, and the most original and creative entries will be selected.

Winner notification

Winners will be notified within two business days of the winner selection. Physical prizes will be mailed to the address provided by each winner on their entry form.

Unclaimed Prizes

If a winner does not take or claim a prize (due to incorrect contact details or for any other reason), the prize will be forfeited. If any prize remains unallocated or unclaimed by 12:00 PM on Friday 18th October 2024, judging for the unallocated and/or unclaimed prizes will take place from all non-winning entries.

Your entry

By submitting your Entry, you promise and warrant that all details provided are true and correct. You also confirm that, if you upload a photo or written response, you have all necessary rights, consents, and licenses. Your entry is original, solely your own, and does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.

License

By submitting your Entry, you grant the Promoter and its licensees a perpetual, world-wide, royalty-free license to exercise all rights (including intellectual property and privacy rights) in relation to your Entry, including reposting or republishing your Entry (including any photo provided). You consent to your Entry being edited, adapted, or modified by the Promoter.

Cost of Entry

You are responsible for any costs associated with entering the Promotion, including accessing the internet. The Promoter is not responsible for any issues with communication networks. The use of mechanical or electronic tools for repeated entries is prohibited.

Receipt of Entries

Neither the Promoter nor any entity associated with this Promotion will be responsible for late, lost, misdirected, corrupted, incomplete, or incorrectly submitted entries. Entries are deemed to be submitted at the time of receipt by the Promoter.

Social media terms

The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any social media platform, including Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok. You release all social media platforms from any liability and agree to comply with their terms of use.

Promoter’s Rights

The Promoter reserves the right to:

Disallow entries at its discretion;
Verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entry deemed dishonest or non-compliant with the Terms and Conditions;
Amend any aspect of the Promotion, including prizes, without notice in its sole discretion if the Promotion cannot be reasonably conducted as planned.
 

Liability

The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury suffered during participation in the Promotion or the acceptance of any prize, except as required by law. This includes but is not limited to tax implications.

Privacy
