Taking Football Forward | Annual Survey
Ultra Football's purpose is to take football forward.  This year, we are running our first 'Taking Football Forward' survey, asking what you think the beautiful game needs, to be the best it can be.

One survey respondent will win a $500 Ultra Football gift card. The winner will be drawn on 1st October 2024 — to enter, please complete the section titled "Enter to win $500 to spend at Ultra Football".

Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter is Ultra Football Pty Ltd, located at 200 Gipps Street, Abbotsford, VIC 3067.
ABN: 36 607 122 467.
2. Eligibility
2.1. The competition is open to residents of all Australian states aged 18 years or over, except
employees of Ultra Football Pty Ltd and their close relatives, and anyone otherwise
connected with the organization or judging of the competition.
2.2. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to participate in this survey.
3. Survey Period
3.1. The survey will run from 9am, Saturday 21 September 2024, to 5pm, Tuesday 1 October
2024. After this date, no further entries will be permitted.
4. How to Enter
4.1. To enter the survey, participants must complete the survey entry form on the Ultra
Football website, including their name, email, and in 25 words or less, explain your vision for
the future of football.
4.2. Only one completed entry per person will be accepted. Multiple entries from the same
person will be disqualified.
5. Prizes
5.1. One entrant will win a $500 gift card, with a random draw taking place at the completion
of the survey.
5.2. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not
transferable.
6. Prize Winner Selection and Notification
6.1. The winner will be notified by email at 5pm on Tuesday 1 October 2024. If the winner
cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 72 hours of notification, we reserve the
right to withdraw the prize from the winner and select a replacement winner.
7. Publicity
7.1. The winner agrees to the use of their name, image, and entry in any publicity material.
Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in

accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a
third party without the entrant's prior consent.
7.2. The winner will be published on the Ultra Football website on 5 October 2024.
8. Liability
8.1. Ultra Football Pty Ltd will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by any
participant in relation to this competition, except for any liability which cannot be excluded
by law.
9. Modification or Cancellation
9.1. Ultra Football Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the competition in
the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not
limited to technical failures, fraud, or any other cause beyond its control.
10. Governing Law
10.1. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of
Victoria, Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts
of Victoria.
11. Acceptance of Terms
11.1. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by
these terms and conditions.
