Trek Travel Trip for 2 and $1500 AUD off Trek e-bike purchase
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. OPEN TO RESIDENTS OF AUSTRALIA. VOID
WHERE PROHIBITIED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
Entry. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. To enter contest, submit email address on
https://www.trekbikes.com/au or visit https://trekbikes.com/au. The contest begins on 1 October
2024 and ends on 31 October 2024 (the “Entry Period”).
Eligibility Requirements. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. This contest is open
only to persons age 18 and older who are legal residents of Australia. Employees of Sponsor, its
affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, agents or other representatives of any kind and their immediate
family members are not eligible to enter.
Prize; Odds of Winning. An anticipated total of 25,000 participants will enter this contest.
One (1) winner will receive one (1) trip for two (2) people on a Tuscany Countryside Bike Tour, a
public group Trek Travel trip. Maximum trip value $3,680 AUD per guest, consisting of the following:
(i) 5 days / 4 nights hotel accommodations (1 room, double occupancy); (ii) use of one Trek bicycle
per guest; (iii) up to four breakfasts, up to three lunches, up to two dinners. Winner will be
contacted by Trek Travel via phone and/or email on or about 31 October, 2024. Prize does not
include travel arrangements, pre- or post-trip hotels, or any other costs outside of Trek travel trip.
Other exclusions may apply. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of this prize: $7,360 AUD.
Other contest prizes include $1,500 AUD toward purchase of a Trek e-bike. Winner will also receive
$1,500 AUD toward one (1) Trek electric assist bike. Trek does not guarantee the availability of any
specific product in selection of the bike, and the winner is solely responsible for any amount owed
in excess of the bike value at the time of redemption, including but not limited to taxes and shipping
and handling. If winner selects a bike whose price is less than $1,500 – the remaining balance of the
$1,500 AUD prize may not be used toward other costs including but not limited to upgrades,
accessories, parts, service, clothing, nor additional bikes. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of this
prize: $1,500 AUD.
Total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of all prizes: $8,860
The odds of winning: 1/25,000.
Expiration. Trek Travel trip must be booked by 31 December 2025, though guests may travel on the
actual trip after this date. $1,500 AUD toward e-bike purchase must be redeemed by 31 December
2025.
Actual/ appraised value of all prizes may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of these prizes
shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution permitted except at
Sponsor's discretion. The prizes are nontransferable. Any and all prize related expenses, including
without limitation any and all federal, state, and/ or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the
winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/ assignment of prize to others or request for the cash
equivalent by winner is permitted. Must be physically fit enough to participate in an active cycling or
hiking + walking vacation. The odds of winning depend upon the total number of entries received.
Selection and Notification of Winner. The winner will be selected by a random drawing conducted
by the Sponsor on or about 31 October, 2024. The winner will be notified by phone or email, and
such notification will direct the winner on how to redeem the prize. If a potential winner of any prize
cannot be contacted within ten (10) days after notification, the potential winner is disqualified. If it
is necessary to select an alternate winner, the same procedures discussed above will be used for
such selection. The prizes are non-transferable. No substitutions. THE PRIZE INCLUDES ALL
SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES. THE WINNER IS SOLEY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INCLUDE
FEDERAL, STATE AND/OR LOCAL TAXES INCURRED AS A RESULT OF ACCEPTING THE PRIZE. The
Sponsor is not responsible for any selection notifications or other communications that are late,
lost, stolen, misdirected, non-deliverable or illegible due to any reason whatsoever.
List of Winner. The winner’s name can be obtained by mailing a self-addressed stamped envelope
to: Trek Travel LLC, Australia E-bike Campaign 2024, List of Winners, 613 Williamson St, Suite 207,
Madison, WI 53703, United States of America.
Use of Personal Information. Sponsor, its subsidiaries, and business partners may use the
personal information (name, address, email) of winner to contact you to promote their products
and services. You may opt-out at any time by unsubscribing to promotional emails or by sending a
written request to be deleted from this mailing list to: Trek Travel LLC, Removal from Mailing List,

United States of America.
General Terms. Your participation in this contest constitutes your full and unconditional agreement
to and acceptance of these Official Contest Rules. Participants agree that the Sponsor of this
contest, and its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, agents or other representatives of any kind shall
not be responsible or liable for damages or losses of any kind arising out of or resulting from entry in
this contest, acceptance or use of a prize, or any other matter related to this contest, including,
without limitation, claims based on property damage, personal injury and/or death, publicity rights,
defamation or invasion of privacy. All decisions related to, as well as all interpretation of, these
Official Contest Rules by Sponsor will be final.
