   Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish however only one (1) entry will be accepted in the prize draw specified in the Draw Details
For the avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise expressly stated, entrants may only win one (1) Prize each in the Promotion.

  Entry Method

  Website Entry and Draw
During the Promotion Period entrants must visit the Website and fully complete the online entry form and register their details in the manner required.

During the Promotion Period entrants must download the Nova Player App, register their details, and complete the entry form for the Promotion under the ‘win’ tab in the manner required.

Draw
All valid Website and Nova Player App Entries received during the Promotion Period will be placed into a draw, as set out below under Draw Details.
The Promoter will conduct the draw in accordance with the Draw Details below.
 10. Entry Restrictions
For the avoidance of doubt, entrants are not required to appear on-air to be awarded a Prize.

   Draw Details

   One (1) draw will be conducted, as follows:
• At 10:00am AEDT Monday 21 October 2024 at the Promoter’s premises.
The first five (5) valid entries drawn will be awarded the Prize.

   Prize
Clauses 8 - 15
   There are five (5) Prizes to be won, each comprising of:
- One (1) x AUD $200 Dining Voucher for Solander Dining and Bar (Restaurant), 65 Sussex St, Sydney NSW 2000 (Voucher).
- One (1) x night accommodation for the winner and one (1) companion (with breakfast included) at West Hotel Sydney (Hotel), 65 Sussex St, Sydney NSW valued at AUD $485 (incl. GST) (Accommodation).
Each Prize is valued at up to AUD $685 (incl. GST).
   13.
  Prize Restrictions
Clauses 8 - 15
  In the event that for any reason whatsoever the Prize winners do not or are not able to take the Prizes at the time stipulated by the Promoter for any reason, including but not limited to COVID-19, the Prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the Prize.
Winners and their companions are subject to the Prize supplier’s terms and conditions, including but not limited to any Restaurant or Hotel terms and conditions.
Winners and their companions are subject to the Hotel’s terms and conditions, including but not limited to any venue/ticket/voucher terms of entry, blackout dates, and expiry of Prize.
Accommodation is subject upon availability.
The Voucher can only be used towards the total dining bill and cannot be used with any other First Table promotional offer, including First Table's 50% off early dining offer. Use of the Voucher is subject to Restaurant availability and any other terms and conditions of the Prize supplier.

The Prize will be emailed to the winner's nominated email address by the Promoter or Prize provider of the Promotion.

   Unclaimed Prize Draw

   The unclaimed prize draw will be conducted on 10:00am AEDT Tuesday 21 January 2025 at the Promoter’s premises.
    20.
   Additional Conditions
   Prize values are based on recommended retail prices and are correct at the date of publication of these promotion terms and conditions (inclusive of GST). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any change in Prize value between now and the ultimate date individual Prizes are taken.
The Promoter is not responsible for any cancellation, changes, delay or rescheduling of events and any costs incurred as a result will be the sole responsibility of the winner and its companions. In the event that one or more event or activity is no longer available, the remainder of the Prize shall constitute the complete and total Prize.
