Maximum Number of Entries:

One (1) entry per entrant, per day during the Promotion Period.

Entrants may enter the Promotion in either or both of the following ways:

Smooth Player App Entry
During the Promotion Period entrants must download the Smooth Player App and listen to one of the Smooth station streams (Smooth 95.3, Smooth 91.5, Smooth Brisbane, Smooth Adelaide, Smooth Perth). The entrant must be a registered, logged in user and must be opted-in to marketing promotions and competition entry via the tick-box on the registration page.
AND/OR
Website Entry
During the Promotion Period entrants must visit the Website and listen to one of the Smooth station streams (Smooth 95.3, Smooth 91.5, Smooth Brisbane, Smooth Adelaide, Smooth Perth). The entrant must be a registered, logged in user and must be opted-in to marketing promotions and competition entry via the tick-box on the registration page.

Prize Draw:
All valid Smooth Player App and Website Entries received during the Promotion Period will be placed into a Draw, as set out below under Draw Details.

In accordance with the Draw Details below, representatives of the Promoter will:

(a) conduct the Prize Draw (in accordance with the Draw Details below);
(b) contact the Selected Entrant whose valid entry is drawn first in the draw (Drawn Selected Entrant) on their personal mobile number or home phone number (and not a business number) (Personal Contract Number);
(c) if the Drawn Selected Entrant successfully answers their Personal Contact Number within five (5) rings or by the time it goes to voicemail (the earlier of) (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion), they will be deemed a Prize winner and awarded a Prize (in the absolute and sole discretion of the Promoter);
(d) if the Drawn Selected Entrant does not successfully answer their phone in accordance with clause (c) above or if their phone is turned off, engaged, the phone line drops out, or they are inaudible or they are unreachable for any reason, the Promoter may (in its sole and absolute discretion) contact the entrant whose valid entry is drawn next in the relevant draw (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) in the same manner as outlined above;
This process will be repeated until a Drawn Selected Entrant successfully answers their phone in accordance with clause (c) above.
For the avoidance of doubt, there will be one (1) entrant deemed a winner and awarded the prize.
For the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter, it does not mean they have been selected as a Selected Entrant or a winner and they may not be invited to appear on-air or be awarded a Prize.
Entrant must nominate a Personal Contact Number and answer a call to win
Each entrant must nominate a Personal Contact Number to be eligible for the Prize and each entrant grants the Promoter the right to call that entrant on their Personal Contact Number.

Draw Details:

One (1) draw will be conducted during the Promotion Period, as follows:
• By 12:00pm AEDT Monday 4 November 2024 at the Promoter’s premises.
The first valid entry drawn will be contacted by the Promoters in accordance with the Entry Method.

PRIZE:

There is one (1) Event Prize to be won, comprising of:
• Two (2) x tickets to Kylie Minogue’s Tension Tour Melbourne Show at Rod Laver Arena (200 Batman Avenue, Melbourne, VIC, 3004) with the date of the concert to be confirmed by the Promoter at the time of winning (Event), each valued at up to AUD $200 (incl. GST);
• One (1) x night accommodation at the Voco Melbourne Central Hotel (18 Timothy Ln, Melbourne VIC 3000) with the date of the hotel booking to be confirmed by the Promoter at the time of winning (Hotel), valued at up to AUD $417 (incl. GST).
The Event Prize is valued at up to AUD $817 (incl. GST).
Domestic Travel Prize
If the Prize winner ordinary resides in NSW, SA, QLD & WA, the Prize winner will be awarded a Domestic Travel Prize, provided that their state’s border restrictions permit travel into VIC as required to attend the Event.
A Prize winner will not be awarded the Domestic Travel Prize if their ordinary state of residence is in VIC. The Domestic Travel Prize will comprise of the following:
• Two (2) x adult economy return airfares for the winner and one (1) companion from the winner’s nearest capital city in the state they ordinarily reside to Melbourne, Victoria (inclusive of airfare related taxes and charges) each valued at up to AUD $500 (incl. GST);
It is the Domestic Travel Prize winner’s responsibility to organise transport to/from event.
