To be eligible to win, entrants must complete the Healthy Mind Quiz and enter their details online at swisse.com.au/healthy-mind by between 9:00am AEST on 30.09.24 and 11:59pm AEDT on 07.11.2024. One winner will be randomly drawn at 10:00am AEDT on 11.11.24 and will win a $500 Hommey Gift Card ("Prize"). The Prize winner will be notified via email on 13.11.24 and their last name, initial of their first name and postcode will be published on https://swisse.com.au/healthy-mind for a period of 30 days. and Swisse Promotor shall not be responsible for any incorrect contact details provided by winner. Draw result is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner must claim the Prize within 5 business days of being notified. The Prize must be redeemed within the redemption period stipulated by the Hommey gift card terms and conditions. If the Prize winner fails to claim the Prize within five 5 business days of notification, a replacement winner will be randomly drawn at the Promoter's office on 21.11.24 and shall be notified via email, and the original winner will forfeit the Prize.
